On the 6th of last month (FEB) I purchased an antenna for my tv. It arrived broken and poorly packaged. Returned it the same day at my local Walmart store. Seller received it on the 16th of February. I was supposed to receive a refund in 7-10 days. Well, 4 phone calls to the Customer Service have proved to be useless. Everyone says something different. From you will receive it in a couple of days. To 2 of the customer service people saying they would expedite the refund that day. In 6 days it will be a full month since the seller received the item back. And still no refund. I will never buy anything from Walmart online ever again. I suggest you really check to be sure that it is a USA seller and not some overseas crook. I am more than disappointed in the Customer Service at Walmart online. 4 Times I have called and each time nothing happened. Beware of the Online items. You may never get your purchase price back.
