    I bought some electronics from this store not too long ago, and let me tell you, I'm really let down by their customer service and return policy. Seriously, dealing with them has been a nightmare for me over the years. They went ahead and blocked my old account from making returns out of nowhere, just because I returned too much stuff. Like, how does that even make sense? If I'm not satisfied with something, shouldn't I be able to return it hassle-free? It's so aggravating to see a company that cares more about money than making sure their customers are happy.

    As someone who's all about making life easier with online grocery shopping, I've got to say my experience with this retailer has been less than stellar. Seems like every time I place an order, something goes wrong - missing items, wrong deliveries, shipping delays - you name it. Last week was a doozy. I ordered a few things, and it was a total disaster. Out of the four items I needed, only two showed up on time. One got stuffed in my mailbox instead of being left at my doorstep, and the fourth item somehow ended up at the wrong place, causing a whole week of delays. With how much money this company makes, you'd think they'd deliver better service and quality. But nope, my hopes are always dashed.

    Toothbrush purchase

    Lately, my trips to the store have been pretty disappointing. It feels like prices have gone way up in the last few years, which is tough for people like me who are trying to stick to a budget. Also, I've noticed that the prices listed on the shelves don't always match up with what rings up at the register, leading to a lot of confusion and frustration at checkout. Using the self-checkout machines has been a hassle too, as I keep needing help and approval from cashiers every time I go through it. And the regular checkout lanes are so fast that it's hard to keep track of what's being scanned, putting the pressure on me to make sure everything rings up correctly.
    I've also had trouble getting help from staff, especially when I needed someone to unlock a toothbrush for me. I asked for assistance several times but ended up waiting around for almost 20 minutes with no help in sight. Even though I saw plenty of employees around, they didn't seem too interested in helping customers. Some of the staff's behavior was also off-putting, like chatting inappropriately or being glued to their phones instead of assisting customers. The way products are stocked often blocks aisles and makes it hard to navigate the store smoothly. It would be great if they could manage that better to make shopping easier for everyone.

    So, I was really excited to snag a tablet and some headphones from this store, but man, it was a huge letdown! First of all, they jacked up the price right after I ordered, can you believe it? Then, the headphones showed up and they were a completely different color than what they showed online, like seriously? And get this, they sent me two of the same thing by accident and now they won't take it back, like what am I supposed to do with two of the same thing?! And the worst part is, they don't even have any contact info on their website, like are they trying to avoid our complaints or what?! Ugh, this store is just a hot mess, can't trust 'em for anything. Definitely sticking with Amazon from now on.

    When I got there at 5 pm, my order wasn't ready yet and that was a bummer. There were two managers and two employees hustling to get my order right, but the colors were all wrong. We ended up being late to the event because of it, which was a letdown for sure. It was kind of weird too to get a text the next day saying the order was finally ready, instead of on the actual pick-up day. I do appreciate the effort the staff put in to fix the mistake, but it would have been way better if the order was ready on time in the first place, you know?

    I stopped by this big chain store the other day to do my grocery shopping, and man, it was a total letdown. The whole vibe in there was just not up to par. They had all these sketchy knock-off products and food that was way overpriced, making me doubt if it was even legit. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. The employees were so rude and seemed like they couldn't care less about helping anyone. It's been forever since I've been to that place, and let me tell you, after that experience, I won't be going back anytime soon.

    The way this company conducts business is just awful. I bought a laptop from them, but got something totally different and really low quality. When I tried to talk to customer service about it, they ignored my calls and emails and wouldn't give me a return address. It's obvious they're letting shady scammers sell products for them and pretending not to know about it. They never own up to anything and lie through their teeth. No wonder their business has been going downhill for years.

    My trip to Walmart was going pretty well until this lady came up to me and asked me to buy her groceries because she was out of cash for medicine and baby formula. Can you believe the nerve of someone doing that in a store? I was skeptical but eventually gave in and got the baby formula for her. Then I saw more people from her crew joining her, and it made me doubt if she was telling the truth. Walmart needs to watch out for these kind of people and stop them from taking advantage of nice customers. I felt pressured and kind of manipulated into buying stuff, hoping it wasn't all in vain. It's really sad to see folks taking advantage of others' kindness like that.

    Comforter and sheet set purchase

    I recently bought a comforter and sheet set from Walmart but had a pretty bad experience with their delivery and customer service. They said they dropped off the package in front of a garage door, but I don't even have a garage. When I called customer service, I got a remote representative who was rude and not very helpful. Even when I asked to talk to a manager, things didn't get any better. They first said I'd get a refund, but then changed their tune and said the package was delivered, so no refund for me. The whole thing left me feeling really frustrated and let down. It seems like Walmart's customer service has gone downhill lately, so I'm thinking about ditching my membership with them. I'm worried that outsourcing their customer service overseas, even to their Corporate headquarters, might mean they're not as focused on giving customers good service anymore.

    Pickup order cancelled multiple times

    Ordering from Walmart has been a total nightmare for me. I tried to do a simple pickup order three times, and each time Walmart mysteriously canceled it. They just couldn't wrap their heads around the fact that I actually wanted to buy something as a loyal customer. And to make things even worse, they reset my password not once, but twice, thinking someone else was trying to get into my account - so frustrating! The only "help" I could get was from a chatbot that kept dishing out useless, canned responses that did nothing to fix my real problem. It's just so disappointing that I can't even place an order through my Walmart account because of their messed up security that flags legit purchases as fraudulent and leaves me stuck with no solution.

    I love Walmart because they have really awesome stuff and it doesn't cost a lot. Plus, there are so many Walmarts everywhere, which makes shopping super convenient. But seriously, they need to work on improving their website to make ordering easier. And can they please just keep their prices steady? It's annoying when they keep changing them.     I’ve tried getting food delivered from Walmart a few times, and it's been hit or miss. The online ordering and delivery right to my door is super handy, but there have definitely been some bumps in the road. Every now and then, stuff is missing from my order, or I’ll open a can and find a bug (yuck!). Plus, my deliveries have been late a couple of times, meaning I had to hang around longer than I wanted for my groceries. The worst problem I dealt with was my Walmart membership. I was forking over a fee every month, and when it was time to renew, they charged me a crazy amount without asking. I couldn’t cancel online, so I had to call up customer service to get it squared away. Overall, ordering from Walmart is convenient, but it hasn’t been all smooth sailing.

    Shampoo/Conditioner and Curtain Clip Hooks

    Man, let me tell you about my experience at Walmart - it was just terrible! So I had surgery, right, and decided to give the pick-up option a try for the first time. Being a senior citizen, I ordered three packages of curtain clip hooks. But when I got there, all they had for me was some shampoo and conditioner. Can you believe that? I showed them the snapshot of my order with the clips, but they said they didn't have it. So I had to call customer care and speak to this guy named Ren. He was cool and understood my frustration, but all I really wanted was my money back and my clips! I waited at the pick-up spot for 25 minutes and still no sign of my order. And get this - my order specifically said NO SUBSTITUTIONS! It was just a complete mess!

    Walmart Plus subscription

    I decided to try out that Walmart Plus subscription and the next thing I knew, they were accusing me of fraud and shutting down my account. To make matters worse, they didn't even give me back the $99 I shelled out for the subscription. When I tried to get help from customer service, they were totally useless. I ended up having to make a whole new account with a different email just so I could keep using the service. The way they handled the whole situation was just plain ridiculous. My advice? Watch out before you sign up for Walmart Plus!
