34-year-old Packable Windbreaker/Rain Jacket
This jacket is really something special. I got this Packable Windbreaker/Rain Jacket made by Woolrich way back in '89 for a fishing trip down to Mexico, and let me tell you, it's been my favorite ever since. It's been with me on all kinds of trips, from camping in the Appalachian mountains to fishing out on the Atlantic, and it's held up like a champ. The zippers still glide smooth, the hood still tucks away just right, and the pockets are still hole-free. The only thing that's worn out a bit is the tag inside, but the jacket itself is still in top shape. At 70 years old, I can honestly say this jacket has been a true partner that's never let me down. Thank you, Woolrich, for making a piece of gear that's lasted a lifetime.
High quality clothing
I just got some stuff from this brand, and let me tell you, the quality is top-notch! The shirts I got are amazing, you can just feel that they're going to last a long time. I was really impressed by how well-made everything is. And that sweatshirt I bought a few weeks ago? Still looking great, can't wait to rock it this weekend. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchases from this brand.
Wool coats
I just bought this super cool wool coat from the store and let me tell you, I am beyond happy with it! This brand is big in the Netherlands for their top-notch coats, and now I know why. It's been crazy cold around here but this coat keeps me warm and looking good. The design and craftsmanship are on point and every time I put it on, it just makes my day.

Customs delay
My package was held up at customs for what felt like forever and I hadn't heard anything about when it would finally be cleared. I reached out to customer service to get an idea of when I could expect it, but they dropped the ball on updating me like they said they would. Frustrated, I had to give them another call after a whole day had passed, and it seemed like they couldn't have cared less about how inconvenient this whole situation was for me. I was really hoping for better service from a high-end brand like theirs.
Clothing items
My recent experience with the clothing items I bought was pretty disappointing. The boots I got were fine, but the clothes were not great. The prices for those clothes felt way too high for what I actually got. The material felt cheap and not like what was advertised, with some synthetic stuff like stretch in there which was not what I wanted. I paid a lot for that skirt and it wasn't the quality I expected. Plus, the packaging was not good - the box had a big hole in it when it arrived. The skirt's size was way off too, a medium felt more like a size 4. Overall, my experience with these clothes was a bummer.
Poor quality jacket
I got this jacket from that store and man, was I let down. The quality was terrible and definitely did not match the price I paid. And get this, they don't even offer a guarantee on their stuff. I tried to take it back, but they flat out said no refund or any assurance for the shoddy quality. It's all about making a quick buck with no care for keeping customers happy. I'll tell you what, I won't be shopping there again, that's for sure.
Recent jacket purchase
My recent order from Woolrich was a total nightmare. Their online customer service was a joke - the reps didn't know anything about my order and couldn't help me at all. When I asked to speak with a manager, they said they were in a meeting, which always seemed to be the case. Trying to return a jacket has been a huge pain and there's no end in sight. I wish I had checked reviews before buying from them.

I bought this fancy jacket thinking it would hold up for a while, but nope, less than a year later it's already falling apart and there's no help from the company. How can they charge so much for their stuff and not even take care of their customers? It's crazy!
400€ sweater purchased for holiday gift
I am so upset about my experience with this company. I bought a sweater as a Christmas gift and paid a lot, thinking it would arrive in 3-5 days. But I didn't hear anything until I called to check on my order. They told me they didn't even have the sweater in stock! This is either a scam or just really unprofessional. The customer service was no help at all, and I feel really let down and tricked. This whole thing is a mess and I'm really upset about it.
Sweater purchase
I gotta tell you, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. I messed up by getting a sweater from here, and let me tell you, it was a disaster. No tracking info, waited forever, and all I got in the end was some cheap sunglasses from China. Can you even imagine? The sweater I paid for was nowhere to be found. Total scam. I wouldn't even wish this on my worst enemy.
Order cancellation and lack of customer service response
I recently ordered something during a special deal, but then it got canceled because they ran out of stock. I was pretty upset to see the same stuff back in stock but at regular price once the deal was over. And on top of that, the money they held for my order was still stuck in limbo even after two days of canceling. I tried reaching out for help a bunch of times, but never got a response for five whole days. This whole situation has left me feeling let down and annoyed at how this company handles things.
Winter coat
I bought a winter coat from this company recently, and let me tell you, I'm so disappointed with the whole process. They say they have free returns, but when I tried to send back my item, I got hit with a big shipping fee to send it all the way to Italy where the return address is. It not only cost me more money but also caused a lot of unnecessary trouble with paperwork for customs. And now, my item is stuck in transit because the EU customs can't reach the company. I'm really worried that I'll miss the deadline for returns and that Woolrich is just trying to avoid giving me a refund. It seems like that was their plan all along.
Online purchase experience
I have to say I'm pretty bummed about my online purchase experience lately. It's been over two weeks since I returned my items, and I just found out that my parcel has been stuck at customs for over 10 days. I haven't heard anything about my refund, and that's pretty frustrating.
Online order tracking issue
I ordered something online, but I had an issue with my tracking number. So, I tried to get help and the customer service person was being really unprofessional, blaming me for the problem. It was really frustrating to be treated like that, especially since I worked hard for my money.
