Golf clubs
I'm really bummed about my experience at Worldwide Golf Shops. I ordered a set of golf clubs over two weeks ago and still haven't gotten them. I've tried calling and emailing them multiple times, but I haven't gotten any helpful answers. All they said was that I could return the clubs if they ever show up. Their lack of communication and unhelpful customer service has me feeling annoyed and let down. I was really looking forward to this purchase, but it's been a big disappointment.
New driver order
I ordered a new driver from the website, but it's been over a month and still no driver. When I contacted customer service for help, they were not helpful or sympathetic. They said they can't refund my money until they check with the carriers. The lack of communication and slow response really frustrated me. This experience makes me hesitant to order from Worldwide Golf Shops again. Their customer service doesn't measure up to competitors like TGW.
Golf equipment
I gotta admit, I had my doubts about Worldwide Golf Shops at first when I ran into some trouble using a gift card for my order. I was about ready to write them off as a scam, but it ended up being just a glitch on their website. I reached out to their customer service, and they fixed it right away by giving me a refund so I could finish my purchase without any issues. Crisis averted!
