Lifetime plan suspension issue
I'm really upset about how unprofessional this company has been. I bought a lifetime plan only to find out years later that my account is suspended and I need to pay a yearly maintenance fee to access my data. It's not right to push for a yearly fee instead of a monthly one, it feels like they're trying to pull a fast one on customers even though we were promised a lifetime plan. This kind of dishonesty is a major disappointment and makes the company look bad. It's a reminder for everyone to be careful of these sneaky moves by companies.
Backup transfer issue
I ran into a problem trying to transfer my backup from my desktop to my laptop. Even though I followed all the instructions from customer service, it wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. We went back and forth in emails, but my question wasn't getting answered, and now I can't back up my files properly. It's slowing me down at work, and it's frustrating to have to wait another day for a response from customer service.
Misleading lifetime purchase
I bought this lifetime backup storage option thinking it would last forever, but then out of nowhere, they started asking for a yearly fee after only three years. That's not cool, it's deceptive and honestly, it left me feeling pretty annoyed and let down. When a company makes promises, you should be able to trust them, but after this, I'm definitely second-guessing that brand. I'd suggest folks watch out for these kinds of sneaky tactics and find a different service they can rely on.
Lifetime plan purchase
Don't bother wasting your money on the lifetime plan at this place! They sneak in ads and try to pressure you into buying maintenance plans. And you know what's even worse? Your account will get suspended once the plan expires. And good luck trying to get support from them because they take forever to reply, even after you remind them.
Lifetime backups offer
I first got interested in Zoolz because they said they had "Lifetime Backups," but turns out they didn't keep their word. I found out that Polarbackup is now offering the same deal and they're claiming they won't scam you. After digging around a bit, I found out Muayyad Fahed Shehadeh is the guy in charge at both Polarbackup Limited and UHive Limited, which are somehow linked to Genie9 - the same company that owns Zoolz. This whole situation makes me question the trustworthiness of Zoolz and what they're up to. Looking into it further on Companies House, I stumbled upon some public info that makes me even more suspicious about potential fraud.
Lifetime cloud backup storage plan
My experience with the lifetime cloud backup storage plan was good at first - I got the 2TB plan in 2019 and felt good knowing my data was backed up. But today, I got a notice that my account was cancelled and now I can't access my backup data. They want me to pay a yearly fee to get my data back and keep using their services. That seems shady and like they're trying to scam me. I recommend staying away from this company and any other versions they come out with like BigMind and Genie9.
