    I accidentally broke my favorite bowl from the GUSTO series that I have in different sizes. I contacted them to see if I could get a replacement, but they told me they didn't sell it separately. But the person I talked to was really nice and offered to send me a new bowl for free since the lid was still good. I was so happy about that! They were quick to resolve the issue and kept me informed the whole time. I got my new bowl in less than a week. Their customer service is really great, I'm impressed!

    Kitchen knives set

    I bought a set of kitchen knives from this place and I've been using them for a while. The handle on my chef knife broke, so I contacted customer service to see what I could do. After a few back-and-forths, they not only sent me a new chef knife, but also noticed a crack in another knife and sent a replacement for that one too. Their attention to detail and effort to exceed my expectations really impressed me. I'm extremely happy with the service I got.

    The customer service from this company is just awful. I've been dealing with defective products for months now and still no solution. I called in and was told they would follow up with me, but that hasn't happened. Not to mention, the products themselves are not great. Both the kettle and coffee machine stopped working properly in less than a year. I'm completely over this brand and their terrible customer service.

    Recent blender purchase

    I just got a personal blender not too long ago, but it crapped out on me pretty quickly. This is actually the second one I got, since the first one had problems too. I'm pretty let down by the quality, especially coming from Germany. I was hoping for it to work better and last longer. But it's obvious now that the blender just isn't worth the cash, it didn't live up to what I was hoping for in terms of how well it works and how long it lasts.

    Demeyere saucepan

    The Demeyere saucepan was a letdown. I barely used it before the handle broke, showing there's something wrong with how it was made or designed. When I tried to get help from customer service, I was surprised to find out I had to pay for the shipping to send back the faulty pan and for a new one too. That just doesn't seem right and makes me think they don't care much about making customers happy.

    Cutlery set and kitchen utensils

    The customer support over at this place is an absolute nightmare. They really don't seem to care about their customers at all and will go to great lengths to avoid taking responsibility for their flawed products. I shelled out a good amount of cash on their stuff, just for my knives to start chipping easily and some utensils falling apart due to issues in their manufacturing process. When I tried to get in touch with their customer support for help, all I got was frustration and disappointment. It's pretty obvious that once they have your money, they couldn't care less about providing support or honoring their warranty. I honestly regret buying anything from there and I hope others are aware of the poor service they give. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of ordering anything from this place. Save your money.

    Vacuum sealed glass container

    I picked up this glass container that was vacuum sealed, it was called "Fresh and Save" size M and made in China. It looked really neat, had a nice seal and valve. But after a few months, it stopped keeping the vacuum for more than a day. Such a letdown! I even washed it really well, but no luck, stuff just doesn't stay fresh for long in there. Now I just use it like any old regular container, nothing fancy.
