Staub cookware purchase
I've gotta say, coming back to this store, my Staub cookware experience has been top-notch. Ordering was a breeze, got my stuff right on time. The quality of these Staub goodies is seriously impressive, they work wonders in the kitchen. From the Multi-Function Spoon to the beautiful Cast Iron pieces, every item has upped my cooking game. The Staub cast iron cookware is a total game-changer, making cooking feel fun and easy. And the Zwilling stainless steel cookware set? Solid addition, super reliable for meal prep. Poultry shears purchase
I just got myself a pair of poultry shears from this company, and let me tell you - I am seriously impressed with how well they work. These shears are tough, super sharp, and make cutting through poultry like a breeze. When I had a question, I reached out to customer service, and they hooked me up with a friendly and helpful agent who gave me all the info I needed. Large bowl replacement
I accidentally broke my favorite bowl from the GUSTO series that I have in different sizes. I contacted them to see if I could get a replacement, but they told me they didn't sell it separately. But the person I talked to was really nice and offered to send me a new bowl for free since the lid was still good. I was so happy about that! They were quick to resolve the issue and kept me informed the whole time. I got my new bowl in less than a week. Their customer service is really great, I'm impressed!
Kitchen knives set
I bought a set of kitchen knives from this place and I've been using them for a while. The handle on my chef knife broke, so I contacted customer service to see what I could do. After a few back-and-forths, they not only sent me a new chef knife, but also noticed a crack in another knife and sent a replacement for that one too. Their attention to detail and effort to exceed my expectations really impressed me. I'm extremely happy with the service I got.
No refund after return
I bought something recently and had to return it, but I still haven't gotten my money back. The customer service folks are either dodging my questions or not answering altogether. It's really annoying to be left hanging like this with no communication or solution in sight.
Defective products
The customer service from this company is just awful. I've been dealing with defective products for months now and still no solution. I called in and was told they would follow up with me, but that hasn't happened. Not to mention, the products themselves are not great. Both the kettle and coffee machine stopped working properly in less than a year. I'm completely over this brand and their terrible customer service.
Professional knives
I just bought a bunch of really nice knives for my business. I've been using this brand for a while now in my own kitchen and they've always been top-notch. The quality is unmatched and I'm hoping they keep up the great work. I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely suggest these knives to anyone in need of some top-quality kitchen tools.
Induction stovetop frying pans
I ordered some induction stovetop frying pans back in November. They sent me the wrong ones, so I returned them and was promised the correct ones. After numerous phone calls and emails, I finally received the same wrong pans in February... along with a free gift. Can you believe it?
Recent blender purchase
I just got a personal blender not too long ago, but it crapped out on me pretty quickly. This is actually the second one I got, since the first one had problems too. I'm pretty let down by the quality, especially coming from Germany. I was hoping for it to work better and last longer. But it's obvious now that the blender just isn't worth the cash, it didn't live up to what I was hoping for in terms of how well it works and how long it lasts.
Demeyere saucepan
The Demeyere saucepan was a letdown. I barely used it before the handle broke, showing there's something wrong with how it was made or designed. When I tried to get help from customer service, I was surprised to find out I had to pay for the shipping to send back the faulty pan and for a new one too. That just doesn't seem right and makes me think they don't care much about making customers happy.
Late Refund
I bought something but the package got sent back to the sender. They said they would give me a refund, but I still haven't received it after reaching out to them several times. Their customer service is awful and I feel like they don't care about me as a customer at all.
Cutlery set and kitchen utensils
The customer support over at this place is an absolute nightmare. They really don't seem to care about their customers at all and will go to great lengths to avoid taking responsibility for their flawed products. I shelled out a good amount of cash on their stuff, just for my knives to start chipping easily and some utensils falling apart due to issues in their manufacturing process. When I tried to get in touch with their customer support for help, all I got was frustration and disappointment. It's pretty obvious that once they have your money, they couldn't care less about providing support or honoring their warranty. I honestly regret buying anything from there and I hope others are aware of the poor service they give. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of ordering anything from this place. Save your money.
Pan set purchase
I bought a pan set from this store, but it took so long to get my money back when I returned it unopened. They really need to step up their customer service game!
Vacuum sealer and roner sous vide
The vacuum sealer was great, but man, that roner sous vide was such a letdown. I tried to get it exchanged, but the new one had the same issues. Dealing with customer service was a total disaster - I couldn't even reach a real person to talk to.
I bought a cool pan set
I recently bought a new pan set that I was really excited about, but when I opened it up, one of the pots was all messed up and crooked. I tried reaching out to customer service to get it fixed, but they were no help at all. They just kept giving me the runaround and I ended up with another defective set. It was super frustrating and really disappointing. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
Vacuum sealed glass container
I picked up this glass container that was vacuum sealed, it was called "Fresh and Save" size M and made in China. It looked really neat, had a nice seal and valve. But after a few months, it stopped keeping the vacuum for more than a day. Such a letdown! I even washed it really well, but no luck, stuff just doesn't stay fresh for long in there. Now I just use it like any old regular container, nothing fancy.
