Misleading tracking information
I just bought something from this company and let me tell you, I am super frustrated with the tracking info they gave me. I ordered on 2/24/24 and quickly got a tracking number. But when I looked it up, it said my package had already been delivered, which is totally not true. I want accurate tracking updates as a customer, not lies that make me feel lost and tricked. This whole thing has left me pretty ticked off and there's no way I'm shopping with them again.

Recent game purchase
After some not so great experiences at other places, I figured I'd check out this store. And man, am I happy I did! The customer service here is amazing. Natasha was super friendly, helpful, and really got into helping me out. She made the whole trade-in process easy and fun. The difference between this store and the others I've been to is huge. It's obvious that good customer service really does matter. Whether it's the new folks they've hired or the management, this store is definitely doing something right. Thanks, Natasha, for making my day better. I'll definitely be back here for my next purchases.

CCE Course Content
I just finished this course on being a Certified Cryptocurrency Expert and man, it really covers everything you need to know about cryptocurrencies. They break down the history, how they actually come to be, and how they're getting used in different industries. The videos were super organized and easy to follow, which was great. Plus, being able to chat live for any questions or help made the learning process a lot smoother. If you want to really know your stuff when it comes to cryptocurrencies, I'd totally recommend the Certified Cryptocurrency Expert course.

Denim dress, sweater, leather boots, khaki skirt
I've bought stuff from this place a few times and I gotta say, every time has been great. That denim dress with the gold buttons? So beautiful. And the black v-neck sweater with the same gold buttons? Another win. And let me tell you about those black leather knee-high boots and that khaki skirt that caught my eye (thanks to Jeneé Naylor for the suggestion!). The boots are not only comfy but also really cute. Unfortunately, the skirt didn't fit right, so I had to deal with the hassle of requesting a return. It took longer than I expected to get a response to my return, almost a week, which was a little annoying since my past returns went smoother. But even with that small issue, the quality of everything I've bought here has been amazing. I have no doubts about coming back here for more shopping in the future.
