Ten-year customer experience
I've been a customer for ten years now, and while I've always been happy with the service provided, recent changes have left me a little disappointed. Currency exchange used to be fast and competitive, but the new process doesn't let me compare rates like before. This was one of the things I liked most. I'm not as satisfied as before, and I'll keep using the service for now, but I'm not sure about the long term.

Shiny new rain boots
Oh my gosh, I just got the cutest pair of rain boots from this store! They're so shiny and make me feel like a superstar every time I put them on. The colors are super vibrant and they're really comfortable too. I'm so excited for it to rain so I can jump around in my new boots!

Baby swimsuit too small
I bought a little swimsuit for my baby thinking it would fit her, but man was I wrong! It was way too small, total bummer. I wanted to give others a heads up by leaving a review, but it got deleted. Not cool, man. I had to fork over $8 just to send it back, and I'm still pretty ticked off about it. Definitely not gonna shop here again for baby stuff.

Personalized football shirt purchase
I bought this awesome personalized football shirt from this website and it was top-notch. I got my grandson's name on the back and he was over the moon about it. The shirt is really good quality and I know he's gonna be rocking it all the time. It was a little pricey compared to other sites with ready-made shirts, but this was the only place that had the right size so I splurged. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase.

T-shirt quality decline
It really sucks to watch a company that used to be awesome just start sucking out of nowhere. The t-shirts used to be top-notch, but now they're just not cutting it. The designs look and feel super cheap, made with thick, low-quality materials. It's annoying to drop cash on something that used to be great only to get something mediocre. And to top it all off, my last order showed up soaking wet with red ink all over the top shirt. It's just a huge letdown and totally not cool.

Dress, shoes, and accessories
I'm so annoyed with this online store, they're seriously lacking in communication and transparency. Back in January, I ordered a dress, shoes, and accessories, but I still haven't gotten anything. Not only that, but they haven't given me any updates or tracking info either. I tried calling their customer service, but after waiting on hold for over an hour and a half my phone died. It's just not right for a company to keep their customers in the dark like this.

Created account with gmail .I have two different emails didn't realize you couldn't update it. Contacted customer support and asked if they could update and here's the chat response. They stated my accounts are closed due to multiple accounts and I can send I'd to them to reopen but either way I forfeit all previous coins and points earned.
