Delicious meals, unpredictable delivery
The food from this service is so good, that's why I'm a repeat customer. But I have to mention that sometimes the delivery schedule is a little all over the place. I requested to get a heads up about when my food would arrive, but I never got one. It would really help me out if the delivery person could just ring the doorbell when they drop off my order. That way, I know my food made it here okay and I can relax.

Master closets installation
We just got new master closets installed and we're pretty happy with how they turned out. The quality and design of the closets are really nice and they've helped us keep our home more organized. The only hiccup was the delivery of the materials - there were some damaged and missing parts that made the installation take longer than we expected. We're thankful for Modular Closets' quick response in fixing the issues, but it did cause us some inconvenience.

I bought concert tickets on this website, thinking I'd get awesome seats up front. But then I got the tickets last minute and they were way in the back! I tried talking to their customer service for 2 hours, but they said it was the seller's fault and couldn't do anything. In the end, I did get my money back, but it was a total bummer and ruined the whole thing.

I just found out that someone made an account using my email without asking me. I keep getting annoying spam emails from them and I've tried reaching out asking them to delete the account, but they're ignoring me. What they're doing is totally against the law and they should get fined for it.

My experience with the CBD oil tincture I bought was pretty disappointing. Even after asking for it to be reshipped multiple times and waiting a whole month, I finally got it. But it didn't give me the effects I was hoping for. I have a strong feeling it doesn't really have the melatonin it's supposed to. What's even worse is when I tried to write a negative review about my experience, the company kept deleting it. Deleting bad reviews like that is sketchy, especially when it's about stuff people put in their bodies. I emailed customer service for help, and they said they'd fix it, but nothing happened and my reviews still disappeared without any explanation. This kind of trickery and lack of honesty is not ok and makes the company look bad.
