Quick and user-friendly
I had a good experience with the program in general, but I did want to point out that my credit card wasn't accepted even though it's up to date and has no balance. Other than that little problem, I thought the platform was really easy to use and navigate. Everything went smoothly and fast, with no big issues, which was great. I liked how convenient and simple the service was.

Puzzle enthusiast, challenging puzzles
As someone who's really into puzzles, I love trying out new and challenging ones. The different shapes and special pieces they come with always catch my eye. Some puzzles, like the Michelangelo and Joconde ones, are tough but doable, while others like the Venus puzzle really put my puzzle-solving skills to the test. But I gotta say, I do have a few concerns about how the company ships their puzzles. They're pretty close to where I live, yet the shipping process and dealing with customs can be a real pain. It feels like more of my support goes towards the shipping company and customs than the actual puzzle makers. And on top of that, the puzzle bags sometimes arrive with loose closures, which is a bummer because it makes it easier to lose pieces. These little hiccups really take away from what could be a super fun puzzle experience.

Food delivery mishaps
My experience ordering from this service has been frustrating because of all the delivery mishaps. Every time I order something, it feels like the driver ends up at the wrong place, usually the neighbor's driveway. Dealing with this same problem over and over again has been so annoying and inconvenient. I really think the company should think about using a better mapping system, like Google Maps, so they can make sure deliveries are on time and in the right place.
