Hotel stay for 2 nights
I spent a couple of nights at this really neat hotel and it was amazing! The place had beautiful surroundings, cozy rooms with all the amenities you could ask for, and delicious food that was always hot. But the highlight was definitely the staff - they were all incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help out. Big shoutout to them for being so awesome and putting in the effort!

Airline ticket search engine
I bought my plane tickets through a well-known search engine, but it sent me to a smaller company that ended up causing me a lot of problems. I thought the search engine wouldn't direct me to a sketchy company, but I was wrong. The airline changed my flight time without letting me know, and the website of the company had outdated and wrong information. I spent 10 frustrating days trying to fix my ticket, but nothing worked out. Now, I am left with no ticket and no refund. I am so disappointed with how everything turned out and would advise against using this search engine for booking flights.

Educational interactive program for kids
Our kid is really digging the interactive educational program. She's all in and soaking up a ton of knowledge. But, I do have a couple of ideas for making it even better. First off, it'd be awesome to add a "Math" section like the reading one already in there. Math is super important and having a separate place for it would be a big plus. And how about throwing in some fun, catchy tunes to keep the kid's focus, especially for those who have trouble staying on task? It's been a good ride so far, but there's definitely room to step it up.
