Hotel stay for 2 nights
I spent a couple of nights at this really neat hotel and it was amazing! The place had beautiful surroundings, cozy rooms with all the amenities you could ask for, and delicious food that was always hot. But the highlight was definitely the staff - they were all incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help out. Big shoutout to them for being so awesome and putting in the effort!

Overhead light for wall-mounted medicine cabinet
I just got a really cool overhead light for my bathroom that matches perfectly with my wall-mounted medicine cabinet. The light is super bright and spreads nicely, making my bathroom look awesome. I'm really happy with my purchase and I would definitely buy from here again!

Educational interactive program for kids
Our kid is really digging the interactive educational program. She's all in and soaking up a ton of knowledge. But, I do have a couple of ideas for making it even better. First off, it'd be awesome to add a "Math" section like the reading one already in there. Math is super important and having a separate place for it would be a big plus. And how about throwing in some fun, catchy tunes to keep the kid's focus, especially for those who have trouble staying on task? It's been a good ride so far, but there's definitely room to step it up.

Online order experience
I recently bought something online and wanted to share my experience. TBH, the ordering process wasn't all that great. I first tried emailing them but got a message saying their inbox was full - not cool. But I called instead and was pretty surprised by how fast and easy it was to get help. So, calling seems like the way to go if you need anything. The update emails they sent were kind of confusing, they didn't even mention the company name which made it hard to find them in my inbox. Also, not knowing the shipping company or that the stock was in Germany meant it took longer to arrive than I thought. And the customer service chat was a bust, couldn't get any help there.

Defective product
I got this product that was messed up and totally different from what was on the website, you know? I tried hitting up customer service a bunch of times to get it sorted out, but no one even bothered to get back to me. It was so annoying trying to get my money back or at least swap out the broken item. Definitely steer clear of buying stuff from this company.
