Exchange and refund request ignored
I just gotta say, I was really let down by my experience with this online store. I tried contacting customer service to ask about exchanging and getting a refund for something I bought, but I never heard back from them. That lack of communication is just not cool and far from professional. Nowadays, there are plenty of online stores out there that go above and beyond with customer service, answering questions super fast. Sadly, this shop just didn't cut it.

This company messed up big time with my order. I placed it more than a week ago, and it still hasn't been shipped out. They say they sent it, but the tracking info doesn't show that. Customer support said to wait for a refund if it doesn't come by a certain date. I don't want a refund, I just want my package. It's annoying to see this company drop the ball like this with no efficiency or communication.

Every time I order through Trainz, FedEx never hits their own targeted delivery date and goes for several days with no update. Packages have always arrived eventually, usually >1 week after shipping.
