Ebooks, no epub download option.
I was really let down by my experience with this company. I bought some ebooks thinking I could get them in epub format, but that wasn't an option. I could only access them through the website or app, and they didn't make that clear before I bought them. If I had known that, I definitely wouldn't have made the purchase.

International delivery, fast and well-packaged bracelet
The delivery service from this company is seriously impressive. I gotta say, I've never seen a package arrive from overseas so quickly. And let me tell you, the bracelet itself was stunning and came in perfect condition. That packaging was top-notch! But, there were a couple things that left me feeling a little let down. For starters, their disclaimer saying they're not responsible if your package gets lost in transit, even after they ship it out, is kinda sketchy. I wish they would stand behind their products the whole way. Also, I found out after I bought it that I could have snagged a similar bracelet for way cheaper on Etsy. It got me questioning if their prices are too high and if I missed out on a better deal somewhere else.

Expensive slides for my son
So, I bought some fancy slides for my son from this company the other day. I was a bit worried at first because I saw some bad reviews, but I took a chance and went for it anyway. Turns out, the slides came super quick and they were really good quality. My son is super happy with them, and I'm happy with my purchase too. I'll definitely think about buying from this company again in the future.

Dress purchase for international delivery
I just bought a dress online and had it shipped internationally, but it was a total letdown. The sizing was all wrong, so I reached out to customer service to see about swapping it for the right size. Turns out, they don't do returns or exchanges for international orders, which they didn't mention when I made the purchase. Now I'm stuck with this pricey dress that doesn't even fit me. I said I'd pay for the exchange or return, but they said no. It's super frustrating to get such lousy customer service and not be able to fix this mess.
