Backup software purchase
I was really excited about this backup software I bought, but things got bad fast. I never got the correct code to register it, even after asking for help. It was super frustrating! The support team was nowhere to be found when I needed them. I even tried to get a refund, but no dice. Really not cool!

I just bought some glasses from this company and I have to say, I am really impressed with how good they are. But I ran into a problem with the glasses not long after I got them.
