Review about: Sugru
Sugru putty for plastic repair
I bought that Sugru putty stuff to fix some plastic things in my house. I read the instructions and cleaned the surfaces like it said. But after waiting 24 hours for it to dry, it was still soft and bendy, not sturdy like I hoped. I tried again and let it dry another day, but it still didn't hold up. I was let down by the product and felt like I threw my money away.

Expired merchandise, unresponsive customer service
Dealing with this situation has been such a nightmare. I ordered products from Boxed that were already expired, which is just not right. I tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times over the past two weeks, but all I got in return was a generic auto-reply saying they'll get back to me within 8 hours. It's been way longer than that and I still don't know what to do with these expired items. It's really frustrating to keep checking my email every day, hoping for a response, and getting nothing. Not having a phone number to call is just ridiculous. I feel totally ignored and unappreciated as a customer.

Recent sandal order
Over the years, I've been a big fan of this brand's shoes, especially their sandals. But lately, I've noticed that the quality and fit just haven't been the same. Even though I've been loyal, I've had to return a few pairs because they just weren't up to par. The Gracie slides were okay, but the plastic Ionic slides were a letdown. I think it might be better to go for sandals with thicker heels for durability and comfort. Next time, I'll be more careful when buying from this brand, but I'm not ready to give up on them entirely.

Adhesive sizing
The product came in a good package, which was nice. It took about 2 weeks to get here, but I was happy with how it was delivered and the product itself. However, I was a little let down by the adhesive size. I thought it would fit perfectly since it already had adhesive on it, but it ended up being a bit off. You could tell when looking closely at the phone or holding it.
