Purchased a luggage set in December
I bought a luggage set back in December, and wouldn't you know it, one of the wheels is already acting up - making this strange noise. I contacted customer support right away, but it's been over a month now and I haven't heard a peep from them. Pretty disappointing, especially coming from a company that's all about high-quality stuff.

Recent sandal order
Over the years, I've been a big fan of this brand's shoes, especially their sandals. But lately, I've noticed that the quality and fit just haven't been the same. Even though I've been loyal, I've had to return a few pairs because they just weren't up to par. The Gracie slides were okay, but the plastic Ionic slides were a letdown. I think it might be better to go for sandals with thicker heels for durability and comfort. Next time, I'll be more careful when buying from this brand, but I'm not ready to give up on them entirely.

Skin cream purchase
I went to pick up some skin cream at the store, and let me tell you, the people there were just amazing! There was a lady named Reshma who asked me all sorts of questions about my skin and my daily routine to help me find the perfect cream. She even used an app to check the health of my skin, how cool is that?! Then she tested out a bunch of different creams to see which one worked best for me. Reshma and another lady named Valbona were so friendly and welcoming, they even invited me to an event in April! Valbona also helped me set up a Harrods Beauty account and introduced me to the fragrance team who helped me pick out a perfume that I really liked. Overall, everyone there made me feel like a princess with how caring and welcoming they were.

Premium backpack purchase
I was so pumped to get my hands on this awesome premium backpack from this company. As soon as I saw it, I was drawn to its sleek and professional design, and the materials used were top-notch. Not only did it look good, but it was also super practical with lots of pockets and compartments to keep all my stuff in order. The padded laptop sleeve was a nice touch, giving my electronics some extra protection. I got a ton of compliments on my new backpack, and I was happy to tell my friends and co-workers about this company. Overall, I was really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.

Win 11 Pro key purchase
I had a really good experience with the customer service at this store! I bought a Win 11 Pro key, but I had trouble getting it to work as an in-place upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Windows 11 Pro at first. The support team gave me clear and helpful instructions on how to fix the issue. They also let me know about a different set of license keys for this particular upgrade situation, which was really useful info for any future purchases. Overall, I'm super happy with the help I got from the customer service team.

Adhesive sizing
The product came in a good package, which was nice. It took about 2 weeks to get here, but I was happy with how it was delivered and the product itself. However, I was a little let down by the adhesive size. I thought it would fit perfectly since it already had adhesive on it, but it ended up being a bit off. You could tell when looking closely at the phone or holding it.

New shoes
I ordered some new kicks back in February and they still haven't showed up! They took my money but I got nada to show for it. I've reached out to their site for help, but it's like talking to a brick wall. I feel completely ripped off and scammed 😠
