Winter coat
I bought a winter coat from here not too long ago, but it started falling apart after just a few times of wearing it. I tried contacting customer service, but they weren't willing to give me a full refund for the messed up coat. That really bummed me out because I also got another jacket from them before that lasted me a good 5 years. I was expecting better quality and service from them.
Also, I was pretty surprised by how unprofessional they were in dealing with other unhappy customers. Their responses were not great, and the way they talked was kinda all over the place. It seems like they don't really care about their customers or the image they're putting out there. If you're thinking about buying something from them, I'd say think twice about it.
