Dress
Don't waste your money on these clothes. They are bad quality and fall apart soon after.
I was in the Woodfield Mall Versona and there were several workers and managers standing around trashing the younger workers in Versona. One of the managers was Gianna and she looked like a Kardashian wanna be with her ratted hair and plastic surgery. They were so unprofessional. I will never shop there!Review about: Beauty Plus Salon
Redken Max Hold 32 hair spray
I ordered 2 Redken Max Hold 32 hair sprays - one for home and one for our summer home. After a few weeks, the one I started using at home stopped spraying. I have sent 3 different emails with no response and there is no way to reach a live person by phone. I won’t be ordering any more items from this company.

Crop pants
Made purchase of one pair of crop pants. Agreed to and paid amount on invoice. Noticed my card was charged a different amount, about $10 higher. Was promised a refund and told I would see it within 2-7 business days. Attempted to contact when that refund didn’t happen after 11 business days only to find myself completely blocked by them on FB and messenger. Will be filing with my credit card company.

Kirby glasses and 3 toppers
Ordered the kirby and 3 toppers on November 9th, received the base eyeglasses on the 21st of November with NO TOPPERS. Those are all on back order. I find it hard to believe that not even one is in stock? Tried customer service and you have to leave a message. Checked the reviews to find that this is a common issue with this company. Never again. Now to figure out how to return the base and wash my hands with this company.

I'm trying to return all THREE (3) items of my order.
The return email that I got after two days only referenced one of the items.
ALSO, I think it is VERY dishonest to say on their website that returns are available, and neglect to mention the shipping costs to CHINA!!!!
and then offering only a 15% cash refund if I don't return anything. total ...!
I spent $91.90 on items that I can't wear and they are only willing to give me $13.79 for my trouble.
totally unacceptable!!!!Their return policy is the worst!!! I will never purchase from this low quality company again.

Customer service has been great in their responses. I've had problems with getting the coffee to brew in my Keurig so I have to leave. The coffee is great (when it brews like it's supposed to). I think the pods need a little more work!

3 lights
From Gantri, I bought 3 lights- 2 Palm Wall lights and a PyraSphere table light- in April 28, 2021 and as of July 27, 2021, I only received the 2 very cheap Palm Wall lights, which have terrible material and awful dimmer.
As for the PyraSphere, Gantri said they would ship it to me on June 23, 2021 and when the delivery date came, every 2 weeks after that, I contacted them, they lied and said it would be shipped soon and for over a month they kept blaming production issues because they couldn't get the lighting right.
I got a refund after being given the runaround for over 3 months and they offered me the PyraSphere complimentary, which meant I had to reorder the light again and waste my time contacting them for an indefinite delivery date.
Only buy from them if you want to deal with the endless frustation and hassle of only email contacting them about fake, contrived delivery dates. I have wasted countless time and too many emails to only get overly long, exhausting excuses.Review about: Ivrose
So beautiful
I rarely purchase clothes online but I needed a last-minute dress and with no time to shop and a small budget I turned to IVRose. The dress had fantastic reviews and just what I envisioned for the event I needed to attend. I also knew I could wear it again in a few months for a holiday party. The dress was a little loose and I could have easily fit into a Medium so for those contemplating size, I would size down not up. I love the dress and got compliments all night. It was also very comfortable. A big win!!!

I received an email today that it would be delivered today and it was 3/12/2021. The quality was great. Glad I ordered and will order again.

Yes its legit but I have been waiting for over a month! I was just told a week ago that one of my pairs was not in stock. I have not even received when it will be shipped. they apologized for the delay 2 weeks ago and added a free pair. But what's the point, if you still are taking forever!! I am so angry and will not be ordering again!
I been waiting almost 2 months they keep telling me they are waiting on this frame. And I hear nothing!!! Nobody sends me any updates tracking or anything its just the same old generic explanation!! I am starting to think it is some kind of Scam!!! Nobody over there is trying to compensate me for anything!! I am pissed!!
Imagine how I felt waiting 3 months for my order and then tell me there out of stock I make another order and of course out of stock with no compensation at all for the trouble was soo bothered

Yall do realize it says they are overseas which i knew so i took their recommendation and got the expedited shipping its a reason they recommend that otherwise u will wait forever over a month or two and of course by time they actually try and use your frame they will be out of stock BC the ppl who chose to do expedited shipping got first dibs pay the 8.99 for shipping for two i spent still less than i would have going to the store in the states ????????♀
I received my glasses, took quite awhile but I am fine with that... but when they arrived the lense was chipped. I tried 3 times to call, and was put on hold then disconnecbut , I sent an email right away with a picture of the glasses, and received an email back that they would replace the frames for half price. This is totally unacceptable and very poor customer relation skills. I have not responded to this reply from them and still not received a response. Again I was pleased with the glasses themselves they were lovely,,,, but extremely disappointed in lack of customer service

For all of you who have posted- thank you because I was going to order however if it is taking a month to get them, forget it- they shouldn't charge your account until shipped however if it takes that long, just cancel your order.

I did not receive my order ostensibly because it could not be delivered to my home address. I have had dozens of orders from other companies delivered to my home where I have lived for 34 years. Never a problem. It is impossible to get through to them. Do not buy from this company!

Possibly will try one more order to see if it improves. They can't charge your account until it ships. If items are never received, dispute them with your bank.

The only truth in this thread is from Joe, Ashley and Sue. Bellelily is borderline fraud with their "business" practices. Not worth the deceptively low prices. Further complaint to China gov't for subsidizing shipping for companies like this to get products out...while we can't get the crap back to them without paying triple the item value or more.
This company is 100% scam (my opinion). Ordered shirts and didn't fit properly and now they are claiming I didn't measure right and I got what was asked for. Too, top that the shirts were (are) very poor quality. So true, you get what you pay for. I want to return them but they are dragging out responses so 7 days will pass. I will end up with this crap and out money. Never again.
CLOTHING AND SHOES
Bellelily's clothes and shoes are cute and priced reasonably. I had an issue with the way I measured prior to purchasing a product. Customer Service was great helping me to exchange the product. I will definitely purchase from Bellelily again.I ordered a pantsuit the first week in June and it still has not arrived. I contacted the company via their site and have not gotten a response back yet. I paid my money and got NO PRODUCT!!!

I wanted to return short pants and they insisted their policy was to send to warehouse a picture. So I did and they came back and confirmed those were the pants end of the return. I told them they were cheap sand fabric was not good. They refuse to take the. Ack.
