I just bought some wedding shoes from an online store and paid extra for fast shipping. But guess what? Even though I shelled out $117, the shoes still haven't shown up. My wedding is less than a month away, so now I'm stuck trying to find another pair in a hurry. So frustrated and disappointed with how things turned out. I just bought something online and I was really bummed out about their return policy. The website wasn't upfront about customers having to pay for shipping when returning items, which felt kind of shady to me. Even though the policy made it seem like they would give me a return label, I found out from talking to customer service that they don't do that to save money. On top of all that, it took forever for someone to finally get back to me about my issue. Not cool.

The slowest company on earth for delivery. I can drive to it’s location and pick up my order before it’s even made it’s way to the post office. It’s been waiting for drop off at usps for 3 weeks now. Does your store walk every package to the post office??? I’d rather walk to the closest vape shop than order from here again
