Great prices and selection but long delivery time
The prices at this store were really good and they had a ton of stuff to choose from. But man, I was bummed about how long it took for my order to get to me. I tried contacting them a few times to check on it, but never got a reply. It was annoying to be asked for feedback when I didn't even have the product yet.

Mobile phone purchase
So, I recently bought a phone from this website, thinking it was a good choice because it was listed on Idealo's comparison and had a good price. But man, let me tell you, it was the worst decision ever. Had to wait ten long days for my order, only to find out there was no stock left. Can you believe it? I asked for a refund because of this terrible customer service and now I feel like I've been played. It's February 22nd, and still no sign of my money back. And to top it off, they're not even showing the negative reviews I left. Come on, those reviews are supposed to help others avoid the same mess I went through.
