Oxford shoes in black
I absolutely love the Oxford shoes I got from this company. They are so stylish and well-made, you can tell they were handcrafted with care. I wore them to a formal event and got a bunch of compliments. They fit really well and I could tell they were made with attention to detail. I also liked all the different choices on their website and the helpful blogs that helped me choose. I'm really happy with my purchase and would totally recommend this company to anyone in need of some top-notch footwear.

Incorrect Sizes, Delayed Delivery, Refund Request
I recently bought some stuff from this company and had a bunch of problems with my order. When my things arrived, I noticed the sizes weren't right according to the size chart on the website. On top of that, they sent my order in different packages without letting me know beforehand, which was confusing and annoying. When I tried to get a refund because of the size mix-up, the customer service was terrible and not helpful at all. They said sending the items back would cost too much and told me to pay the customs fees myself. This whole thing really disappointed me, and I won't be buying from them again. I recommend others to steer clear of this company and I wish I had checked reviews before making my purchase.

Tried booking, failed
I wanted to book a trip, but it was a complete disaster. I tried making the booking on two different browsers using two different credit cards, both late at night and early the next morning, but couldn't get past the final "Complete Booking" step. I even reached out to customer support, and I have to say, it was totally useless - they didn't provide any assistance at all. All I got was another number to call to complete the booking. After reading other reviews, I think it might have been a bait and switch situation. I'm not falling for that!

Sunglasses
I bought these sunglasses from the company and they turned out to be super flimsy. Only used them for a week before one of the arms fell off the frame. Seems like they didn't even glue it on right, which just shows they half-assed it. Was really hoping they'd hold up longer, especially after shelling out some serious cash for them. Called customer service, they gave me a warranty code for their site. But then found out I had to cough up $25 for shipping to get a replacement pair. That's a lot to ask for a product that broke so quickly. Bottom line, not happy with the sunglasses or their customer service.

Language course review
I recently finished a B1.1 language course and, overall, I thought the lessons and teachers were pretty good. But there were times when some students thought they were better at the language than they actually were, which ended up hurting the quality of the lessons. This meant the teachers had to spend more time going over basic stuff, which I thought was unfair to the rest of us because it felt like a waste of time and money. And this problem isn't just something I noticed in this class, but in some of my past courses too.

Long jean jacket
I really like ordering from this place. Recently, I got my long jean jacket pretty fast, but it had this weird strong smell and the sleeves were too short. I've tried washing it three times already, but the smell just won't go away. Such a waste of money.
