OMG, everything went exactly like they said it would! The tablecloth and napkins are just gorgeous and look brand new - I don't think they've ever been used before. I thanked Louise and even sent her a picture. I tried to give her a 5-star review, but my computer won't let me access her website!

High-end blender purchase
My experience with the distributor in the UK was a total disaster. I ordered a fancy blender expecting it the next day, but got stuck dealing with delays, unprofessional behavior, and bad customer service instead. I waited 20 days without getting my blender, so I decided to cancel my order and ask for a refund. They said they wouldn't give me a refund until I sent back the temporary blender they had given me, which I never even wanted. It left a bad taste in my mouth, so I ended up buying the same blender from a different company for less money and faster delivery. If you're in the UK, I suggest steering clear of this distributor, for sure.
