Lifetime membership, customer contact issue, pricing discrepancy, coaching/toolkit
I recently bought a lifetime membership because I wanted to use the coaching and toolkit they offered. But I had a problem when I tried to contact customer service through email and didn't hear back. Plus, I was worried about the pricing mix-up because the bill I got was twice the price I was first told. Luckily, after a while, I finally got a hold of the company and they explained the mistake. Even with those issues, I've decided to keep the membership and see if the coaching and toolkit can help me. I'm staying positive and hoping this experience will turn out well.

I've noticed that the service and products just haven't been up to par lately. It's really sad to see the brand lose its reputation for quality. The folks at the call center seem like they're stretched thin and not getting paid enough, which is causing problems for everyone. And this merger with other brands doesn't look promising for the company's future.

My time with Uniplaces was awesome! Booking was a breeze and the customer service was incredibly helpful. The prices were fair and I got all the information about my stay quickly. I will definitely book with them again!

Alpinestars Nucleon KR-H Hip protector set
I bought a set of Alpinestars Nucleon KR-H Hip protectors from this company recently. When I got the package, I saw that some parts were missing, which was a letdown. But I reached out to their customer service with some photos for proof. A few days later, they gave me a full refund, which I was really thankful for. In the end, I'm happy with how the company handled the situation and I'd trust them again. Along with the hip protectors, I also ordered two Spidi jackets and a helmet liner, all of which came in good shape and were what I expected.
