Buy, Return, Rebought
Working with George was a breeze, he really knew his stuff and helped me out a lot when I was making my decision. The first curtains I got were messed up, but the company quickly gave me a credit without any problems. I decided to take a chance and ordered again, and I have to say, the second set was definitely worth it. It's interesting to think that the curtains actually come from China, even though the company is located in CA. All in all, I'm happy with how things went with this company.

New glasses
I needed some new glasses, so I figured Target Optical would be a good place to get them. But man, was I mistaken! I placed my order on March 9th and they claimed to have shipped them out. However, UPS said they never received them! I tried reaching out through calls, emails, chats, you name it, but no luck. Finally, after 6 days, I got an email saying they would send out a new order the next day. It's been another 3 days and still nothing! They keep requesting to confirm my prescription and address, even though they already had that information. It's now March 20th and I still haven't received my glasses. On top of all that, they billed my insurance without even delivering the glasses yet! I'm beyond frustrated, I'm ready to report this disaster to the Better Business Bureau!

Oh my goodness, let me tell you about this crazy experience I had trying to order some whey protein and vitamins. The website was just giving me so much trouble, couldn't even check out because of some billing issues. And don't even get me started on the customer service, it was a disaster. I could hardly understand the person I was talking to, and they didn't even follow through on calling me back like they promised. So frustrating, definitely recommend steering clear of that place.

Didn't knock, bouquet left outside
My only issue was that the delivery guy didn't even bother knocking or ringing the doorbell, they just left the flowers on the steps. Thankfully, my wife spotted them, otherwise they would've been outside all night. Those delivery folks must be super young and clueless, not knowing what's the right or responsible thing to do.

I placed my order on November 8th and got my stuff on November 9th with standard shipping. The clothes were all nicely packed in a box and wrapped in tissue paper, which I thought was a nice little detail.
