Bath bombs and shower steamers
I really loved the bath bombs and shower steamers I bought - they were seriously amazing! The scents were super calming and enjoyable, and they made my skin feel so nice and hydrated. I really appreciated that everything was handcrafted and made with top-notch ingredients. Plus, the packaging was adorable and just right for giving as a gift. My order that went missing
I ordered some cool stuff, but it never showed up. The person I talked to was really nice and fixed everything super fast. They gave me my money back, so it's all good. I've ordered from them before, and it was fine, so I'm not too upset. Can't wait to order again!

New glasses
I needed some new glasses, so I figured Target Optical would be a good place to get them. But man, was I mistaken! I placed my order on March 9th and they claimed to have shipped them out. However, UPS said they never received them! I tried reaching out through calls, emails, chats, you name it, but no luck. Finally, after 6 days, I got an email saying they would send out a new order the next day. It's been another 3 days and still nothing! They keep requesting to confirm my prescription and address, even though they already had that information. It's now March 20th and I still haven't received my glasses. On top of all that, they billed my insurance without even delivering the glasses yet! I'm beyond frustrated, I'm ready to report this disaster to the Better Business Bureau!

Didn't knock, bouquet left outside
My only issue was that the delivery guy didn't even bother knocking or ringing the doorbell, they just left the flowers on the steps. Thankfully, my wife spotted them, otherwise they would've been outside all night. Those delivery folks must be super young and clueless, not knowing what's the right or responsible thing to do.

The table I ordered got here in rough shape, probably from all the jostling during delivery. But the folks on the customer service team were right on it and sent me a new one that showed up in just 5 days. I'm grateful for their quick and caring help.

Corporate customer service
Vince has some really beautiful items in their collection, but let me tell you, don't even waste your time reaching out to their corporate customer service. I've called and emailed them multiple times and haven't heard a peep back. It's super annoying to be straight-up ignored like that, especially when I'm looking to spend some cash with them. If this is how they treat their customers, I'll definitely be shopping somewhere else.

The energy bars are so yummy! They're just what I need before a workout to give me a little extra pep. Ordering through text is super easy and convenient, I love it. And being able to pre-order and even change flavors is a really nice touch. It's awesome that the company is giving back and supporting first responders during this tough time with COVID-19. It's really nice to see a company making a positive impact like that.

I bought some clothes from Maison De Fashion recently and I gotta say, the whole experience was pretty impressive. I placed my order on November 8th and got my stuff on November 9th with standard shipping. The clothes were all nicely packed in a box and wrapped in tissue paper, which I thought was a nice little detail. Plus, the owner sent me a personalized email thanking me for my purchase, which I thought was a nice touch. All in all, I was really happy with how everything went down - from ordering to delivery.
