I've been using this product for a few years now and it's really helped keep my eyes healthy. However, I've run into a big problem with the company's customer service. I recently signed up for a monthly subscription, but I keep getting random delivery skips without any heads up. Since I rely on this product to manage my dry eyes, these inconsistent deliveries are making my symptoms worse. I emailed customer service for help with this issue, but it's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard back. As a loyal customer, I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and support. If this keeps up, I may have to start looking for a different product.

Gift card issue
I had a really bad time with customer service when I tried to get a promotional gift card. It took them over a month to give me a straight answer, with one person saying they had to manually issue the card. I kept checking in and they kept telling me to wait, but then they suddenly said I couldn't get a refund on the promotional gift card. So basically, I had no option but to pay full price for the stuff I kept, even though I returned one of the two items I bought. It was really annoying dealing with all the confusion and lack of clear communication.
