Rental booking experience
My experience with this company really let me down. They said they were all about helping customers, but it felt like they only cared when it worked for them. The prices were crazy high and the service just wasn't there after I made my reservation. It seemed like they were just focused on making money, even if it meant charging me more than they should have.

Custom blackout/room darkening blind with inside mount
I was super happy with my purchase from Blindsgalore. Ordering was easy, they had good measuring instructions and videos to help me make sure my custom blinds fit just right. I got the blackout/room darkening blind with the inside mount, and it was even better than I expected. It really darkens the room, even when the sun is shining bright outside. Dealing with chronic migraines, being able to easily darken the room has been a huge help. I'm thankful to Blindsgalore for making this happen.

Honey-Can-Do rolling cart
I gotta tell ya, that Honey-Can-Do rolling cart I bought from Gilt really let me down. The first one I got had a big dent, probably from not enough padding when it was shipped. They sent me a replacement, but it showed up with metal boards covered in handprints and paw prints, so clearly some critter messed with it. I was so grossed out by the lack of quality control that I reached out to Gilt for a refund or something else, but they just gave me the brush off and said there was nothing else they could do. The whole thing was just really disappointing and a total waste of my time and money.
