Brake kit purchase
I just bought a brake kit from this company and was bummed out when it arrived missing some pieces. I ordered brake pads for the front and back of my ride but only got 3 front brake pad sensors and 1 rear one. I thought I was getting the whole kit! I contacted customer service about it and they sorted it out right away by sending me the missing rear brake pad sensors. Even though there was a mix-up at first, I'm grateful for how quickly and efficiently they fixed the problem.

Subscription never received
I'm so frustrated with my subscription order experience. I paid for it, but it never arrived. And when I tried to contact customer service about it, they were no help at all. It's really surprising that a popular publication would have such terrible service. I'm never going to do business with them again after this.
