I bought some jewelry and man, it was a total nightmare! I saw this brand on a TV show and figured I'd give it a try. My first order was no problem, but the second one was a disaster. They mysteriously canceled one of my items, even though it was still in stock. Then they blamed slow mail delivery for not getting my order to me on time, way after Christmas. They even had the nerve to ask me to rate something I never got! And they won't stop bombarding me with emails, even after I tried to unsubscribe. And to make matters worse, my daughter ordered something from them recently and they still haven't even shipped it, despite creating a shipping label weeks ago. It's just ridiculous.

I bought some rugby stuff from this store not long ago, and I gotta say, the service was a total letdown. It's been over two weeks since I placed my order and I still haven't gotten my stuff. The tracking info says it's been sitting at the shipping center for a good week now. I've tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, but haven't heard back from them at all. The lack of communication and slow delivery has me feeling super annoyed and bummed about my shopping experience.
