    Jitterbug Flip2 purchase

    I bought a Jitterbug Flip2 because I heard good things about it from AARP magazine and the Lively website saying it could do voice texting. But when I tried it out, I realized that even though you can send texts by talking, you can't have your incoming messages read out loud. When I called customer support for help, they told me to enable speech in the accessibility settings. However, this only seemed to work for the menus and sub-menus, not for reading texts.

    Registration issue

    I just signed up for this platform and ran into a problem trying to delete my account because it wasn't recognizing my password. I tried reaching out to an admin but kept getting surveys and emails, even after I marked them as spam. It's frustrating that they're not responsive and I can't deactivate my account. It doesn't give me much confidence in the company.

    Gift card purchase, immediate response

    I posted a bad review at first, but then the company got back to me right away, so I decided to change it. I really would have preferred talking to a real person on the phone instead of waiting for an email, but at least they solved my problem pretty fast. I bought a gift card for a special occasion and needed it right away, so I'm thankful they acted quickly.
