T-shirt gift from wife
I just got this awesome t-shirt as a gift from my wife, and man, it's top-notch quality with a cool design. I was so pumped about it that I decided to order some more stuff from them. But let me tell you, things went downhill real quick. I placed my order, but the package just vanished into thin air! When I reached out to customer service, they told me it would take 22 to 24 days to sort it out. That long wait left me feeling let down and frustrated, for sure.

Hotel microwave lie
They straight up lied on their website saying the hotel had a microwave. But when we showed up, surprise surprise, no microwave! We asked for a refund, but they refused. Seriously, how is it our fault that they lied like that? It's not cool at all. I wouldn't recommend bothering with them, save yourself the stress.

Steppjacke (puffer jacket)
I got a puffer jacket back in March 2022, but I only wore it a couple of times when I noticed the color was fading after the second wash. I reached out to customer service online and filed a complaint about the jacket. They got back to me in a day and told me to send the jacket back with a return label, which I did right away. Surprisingly, I got refunded the full amount within just two days, even though I bought the jacket over a year ago and raised the issue in November 11, 2023. The customer service was top-notch, definitely worth 5 stars! Shoutout to the customer service team for doing an amazing job!

My mom gave me this awesome book, and I'm obsessed with it! The pictures are hilarious, and the words are super easy to follow. Honestly, I expected it to be boring, but I just couldn't put it down. Shout out to my mom for the great gift!

Recent QVC purchase
I just bought something from QVC, and it didn't go well. This is the second time I've had a problem with them keeping track of what they have and their customer service. I saw something I wanted on a live show, and they said they had a lot in stock, so I ordered it. But then, only two days later, I got an email saying they actually didn't have it and didn't know when they would. It was really annoying and disappointing that they didn't tell me that sooner.

Damaged item return experience
I recently bought something from this brand and sadly, it had a hole on the front. When I tried to return it online, I was surprised to see a $15 "handling fee" even though the problem was the item being damaged. To add to that, I couldn't exchange it because it was labeled as "unavailable" on their return site, even though it was in stock on their website. I sent two emails and called multiple times, but got no response from their customer service team. The return deadline is coming up soon, so if this doesn't get fixed quickly, I might have to contact my credit card company.

High School Reunion Planning
I was kinda hesitant at first when I joined this site to help me with my high school reunion planning, but man, it totally let me down. I got flooded with so many spam emails that I had to mark them all as spam. It's a bummer, 'cause the idea of the site could've been super helpful if they just did a better job with it. It seems like not many folks even use the site, which really sucks when you're just trying to reconnect with your old classmates, you know?

Leggings and sports bra
The things showed up pretty quick over in Switzerland, but when I tried them on, it was a bummer to see that the leggings and sports bra were both too small. And to make things worse, sending them back to the US cost even more than what I initially paid, which was super annoying. I was really counting on a better fit and a simpler return process.
