Order returned for pause
I recently had a pretty bad experience with my order from Nuuly. I sent my stuff back on time to take a break from my subscription, but they still charged me. It took forever to get a response from customer service, and when I finally did, it was not very professional - just a "no" with a heart emoji. I even showed them my receipts to prove my point, but they still said no. Not cool. Dealing with this kind of treatment is not fun, especially when you're just trying to fix a billing issue. So, I'm not going to suggest Nuuly to my friends or coworkers anymore. On top of that, the prices have gone up and the quality of service has gone down, which is even more disappointing.
