    Mother's Day Fruit Bouquet

    I ordered a fruit bouquet for Mother's Day and was told it'd probably get delivered a day before (spoiler alert: it didn't). It never arrived on Mother's Day either, I got a false "delivered" notification to which they said "We do that just because it's a busy holiday" and by the end of the day when it still didn't show, I was told it would arrive "as soon as possible" to which I assumed would be the next day (the 15th) and it never did. Then I was told it would arrive the day after (the 16th), but by then I didn't want it, just wanted a refund, to which they refused and said I had to accept the delivery. I spoke to about 4-5 different customer service agents and still, they refused to give me my money back and were forcing me to accept the delivery. The item did arrive on the 16th, they left it on my doorstep when no one was home (which a signature was required and the weather was sweltering), therefore the item was ruined and not consumable. Unfortunately, I used Klarna to pay for this item and Klarna won't back me up on my claim even with all the evidence to prove it so they're forcing me to pay. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY USE EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS INSTEAD

    Ordered a product from this company and paid extra for expedite shipping which was 3 days. Didn't receive until 9 days later. Called on the 4th day and was told they couldn't issue a refund until the package was delivered. When received, I called back and was then told that I wouldn't be issued a refund because once the package was shipped from the warehouse "4 days after purchase," it was delivered within the expedited time, which THAT was a lie. When asked to speak with a supervisor I was told I could only do so via online messaging. When i attempted to do a refund on the sale itself, was told it would be a charge to return the item. Do not, I repeat do not deal with these people, or should I say person since it seems I was only dealing with one individual during multiple calls

    I didn't get two things I ordered and also received the wrong size. I send a screenshot of my order with order number and manually inputted my order number with product numbers. No one responded on Facebook, Instagram or email! Do not buy here. They have no customer service. Buyer beware!

    Horrible, completely worthless customer service, and apparently incompetent employees that are liars. Shoes did not fit so sent email asking for an exchange. Never received a response to this request in two weeks so asked to return them. After 9 days they replied with a shipping label. Returned via FedEx with confirmed receipt from them and they still claim they were never received... WTF! The shoes would maybe be ok if they fit but this extremely poor customer service is inexcusable. My recommendation is to NEVER do business with this company!!!

    Ordering and delivery were fine, but the "five star rated" toy I got stopped working almost immediately (within a month), and the site never displayed my negative review the item. It makes me wonder if any of their items are any good at all, or if they only accept positive reviews.

    I bought this and it doesn’t work, they also won’t give me a refund because they “can’t resell it”. They are also deleting my negative comments on Instagram. I wish there was more we could do.
