Easy-to-use website
The website was really easy to use and the design was great - I loved it! I found everything I needed quickly and was able to make some awesome business cards and logos in no time. It saved me so much time and everything turned out fantastic.

Framed print purchase
I recently bought a framed print from this website to give my home decor a personal touch. The print was good, but the oak frame quality was disappointing. There were visible planer marks and the finish was not great. I contacted customer service to share my disappointment and after sending photos of the prints, I didn't hear back. I tried reaching out via email and phone multiple times, but the lack of response was frustrating and unprofessional. In the end, I don't think the frame was worth the price I paid.

Seresto collars
I've been using these Seresto collars from this really cool pet supply website for, like, more than a year now! They are totally legit with the Bayer trademark and everything. Some people are complaining about the spelling on the package not being "American," but, like, duh, it's because it's for the UK and Australia and all that. I'm definitely gonna keep saving money by buying from here! Seresto is the bomb for keeping fleas away!

Pendant light purchase
I'm really upset right now. I ordered this awesome pendant light online and it turned out to be a disaster. This guy Jose kept saying there were delays in the supply chain and that the light would arrive soon, even gave me a specific date. But surprise, it never showed up! Now I can't reach anyone through email or phone. Their customer service link on the website is useless. I feel like I've been scammed. I'll try to get my money back through AMEX, but who knows if it'll work. Moro is the worst, avoid it at all costs.

Craft supplies
They really need to improve their signs in the store. It's like a maze in there trying to find things! I had a long list of stuff to get, but I only found a couple of items because it was so tough to figure out where everything was. I felt like I was going around in circles trying to locate everything I needed. They seriously need to upgrade their signage in the aisles.
