Recent stay at a resort in Mallorca
I recently stayed at a resort in Mallorca and I have to say, I was really happy with the whole experience. The place was really clean and up-to-date, the restaurant had tons of food choices that all looked great, the staff was super nice and always there to help, and they even had entertainment every night. We went for the all-inclusive deal, but we also got to check out some nearby bars and restaurants that were good for families. Oh, and the beach was just a quick walk away and it was absolutely gorgeous. We're already excited to go back sometime in the future.

The photo books from that company for social media are really nice, they're good quality. They're awesome for keeping a record of my life on Facebook. But, I ran into a problem when I tried to order because the website wouldn't let me see a preview of the book before I bought it. It was a bit of a hassle because I wanted to make some changes to the pages if I could. Even so, I still went ahead and ordered 4 books already, and I'm thinking about getting more in the future.

Speed Shipping
I wish I could give zero stars - seriously should've checked reviews first. I paid extra for fast shipping, but turns out they didn't even ship until the next day. And then it took way longer than I thought. Dealing with Customer Service was a nightmare - they argued with me via email about their crappy communication skills. Like, am I supposed to read minds to place an order with them? Absolutely absurd!

Forget those Spark 3's, they were okay but couldn't keep up with my need for ice-cold water. The steel was supposed to be great, but it gave me incorrect readings. Customer service saved the day, but I ended up spending more time fixing issues than actually enjoying a drink.

Tool box
Did order a tool box. Got the box but it was locked and got no keys and no accessories so it was usless. Dispute failed because ali express are on thier side.
Even post office told me that they are scamming me if they don't belive in my proof i got.
Still waiting for keys and accessories 4 months later.. Stay away.
