    apple warchband

    i’m getting hassled for a watch band!!!! purchase that nuroco doesn’t believe i purchased! i think they are
    out of inventory and just won’t own up to it! this is an inexpensive/under $50 band, and they are afraid of delivering it without excessive silly verifications!
    maybe they are the scammers!

    Sometimes in rare cases we have an item out of stock that your ordered. If that happens we immediately give the customer two choices:

    1. An immediate full refund
    2. A discount on another item to replace there current order

    We only ask for your order number and we check you address to verify that it was shipped to the correct address.

    If you need help you can always text the Nuroco team at 626 375 5051 you will normally get a response within a few hours. No longer than 24 hours. If for whatever reason you cannot see a reply email please type Nuroco in your spam or junk mail we have had a few customers found our reponse sent to that folder instead.

    Iphone case

    I ordered a sparkling Iphone case from Nuroco 3 months ago and I'm still waiting for it! I have tried chasing this up with Nuroco and they insisted that it was on its way and that they were experiencing difficulties due to the corona virus. After waiting 3 months today I'm informed by the courier company that I have received my IPhone case - which I have not! I would NOT recommend this company -

    We are sorry your item has took so long to arrive. Since you are located in a different country other than the US and ordered this item during the height of covid alot of items were being held at custom borders during this time frame and we received alot of complaints for worldwide orders during the period of march to august of 2020. We contacted the our mailing services and what they told us that there was nothing that they could do and that these Large UV lights were being placed in acceptance delivery center and all items were being scanned with UV lights for minimum a week before entering the border. This item upon checking was ordered about the end of june and you received it mid August. It took about 1.5 months to arrive during the period where covid disrupted the mail services for worldwide orders. As people could not go out they were ordering items online. Also during this period the government had put a priority on all medical needs, eg mask, gloves and so forth to be shipped first for worldwide orders to medical people all other items were allowed to be placed on hold. We are sorry this took longer than expected. As we checked it was happneing across different countries and realy was not within our control during this period. I checked you had an active tracking number the whole time showing transits, shipping confirmation and that service team was repsonsive to you throught the whole process. We are sorry for the delays there is no such delays currently with worldwide shipping anymore.

    ITS REALLY GOOD

    For my girlfriend, i bought the apple bracelet as a gift. well, the watch delivered few days back and i gave it to her. Well, it looks really pretty and the color is also perfect. Also as Apple is famous for its name and i think its worth the hype they have. The bracelet is good in design, and the overall work is good too
    they have different colour options too! my girlfriend really liked it and i suggest you to try it. I also ordered the case for my iPhone and i am waiting for the parcel to get delivered. i think it will be good as the bracelet too
    also the shopping from Nuroco is really hassle-free and choosing the items are simple too

    Money Tree + Tough Stuff Collection

    What a disappointment! My first introduction to Bloomscape was my sister first sending me the trailing succulent trio….trailing is the operative word, as they were 2 months late and all three were damaged. I was able to salvage the banana. (barely) We chalked it up to the weather and the pandemic and UPS and my sister got a credit. Yay Bloomscape! (Except, I’m not thinking it’s so much the UPS’s fault anymore!...keep reading)
    I ordered a money tree after that incident as I was so excited to start ‘junglefying’ my space…but it arrived rotten. Root rot and leaf rot that stunk up the house so bad, I was ready to throw it in the garbage just to get the odiferous toxins out! But I didn’t…what I did do, was remove it from the pot to find copious amounts of root rot so I had to debride it. Then, the stench was coming from the yellow mushy leaves and stems. I have currently dried it out, pruned it back to bald stems and repotted it. Not sure if it will make it or not. (150.00 plus 24.00 of my own potting soil (2 bags!)
    Then I received the ‘tough stuff order’ and, am again, am just amazed at how they stay in business. The only one that appears salvageable is the Hoya, and that is also completely over watered and I'm considering removing it from it's pot as well to assess the rot damage. I did have to remove the ZZ plant only to find brown mushy roots and rhizomes. 5 crammed into a 4" pot. I dried them out overnight, and repotted in 2 different pots. And lastly, the Sansevieria is currently held up together by a stake and piece of clothes line rope tied in a bow. I hope it makes it. I'm done with Bloomscape!

    I use to think that this was the absolute best site ever. U never had a problem with receiving my orders and always got them in a timely manner. I recently made an order and it said it was delivered and after contacting them I basically got am email giving me the customer service number for USPS because it was no longer their problem I did not receive my order or was my problem. After stating I still feel it was their problem I was told to have a good night at 2pm in the evening. The customer service rep I received these emails from goes by the name of Carla. I will no longer recommend the site to anyone I know due to this one extremely upsetting interaction with the inky problem i have ever had. Thanks for taking my $60+ of my hard earned money

    Never got my package either no refund either.

    Yep, that’s the same b*tch that was being rude to me and refusing to fix the issue despite them sending me the entirely wrong product.. and not responding at all about a refund. Seriously worst customer service ever, never recommended them. F*ck Karla.

    This thing won’t let me give them less than 2 stars, which is shady because their service doesn’t even deserve that. I put in an order for mint juice, paid their ridiculous $10 shipping for juice.. which took longer than it was supposed to but I was just happy they had the brand I had been looking for so I was fine with that.. until I opened my package and they sent me blue raspberry whatever - not even close to mint. So I was pretty upset because the invoice that said mint was clearly inside the package with this wrong juices (I ordered more than 1 of the exact same juice), I just emailed them to say “hey, you sent me the wrong juices, can you send the ones I ordered, you can have these back, I haven’t opened them & I don’t like blue raspberry.” They emailed back & asked for a picture with the invoice and the wrong product (which I was fine with, but there was no apology), and then when I sent the image the response was just “thanks.” So I had to email back and ask “so....are you going to send the product I did order? You can have these back, I don’t want them.” And they just responded “sorry, we’ll have to just refund, we aren’t sending out more juice.” And when I asked “okay, well am I getting a full refund including the shipping?” & they magically stopped answering when they had no issue responding before (and yes, it’s still during business hours, they were quick to respond until I asked about my refund). So, their customer service is horrible, they don’t correct their mistakes, and I was able to find the exact same product, with the quantity I wanted, for cheaper actually at another online shop. And they shipped the same day I ordered (thanks ejuice store!) So I don’t recommend them & I won’t be ordering from them again. I honestly wouldn’t have even been so bothered by the mistake had they just corrected it and been nicer to me..considering I didn’t do anything wrong, they did.. It was kind of shocking to have someone be so rude in customer service over me just asking if they could please send what I actually ordered.

    Where did you end up going for good service? Vape Wild closed down and I'm sick of paying so much for juice.

    I am very disappointed at the customer service response from this company. I never received the item I purchased and I contacted them to figure this out more than a week ago. Just to see if it may have been delivered to the wrong address or double check if I have the right shipping info. Nobody got back to me and I literally did not find any other way to contact them other than email.

    we are going through the same thing! We have not received our orders and no respond from them.

    Take legal actions. This company is a fraud!!!

    I think I’m having the same problem. I ordered two weeks ago, tracking says it’s been stuck in the same place for a week when I click it on their site. But the tracking number they provided shows it was never even shipped on the usps site. I’ve reached out via email, no response, I commented on Facebook, I doubt they will even respond to that. I may reach out to the local news station to keep anyone else from falling into this trap.
