Leggings and a cardigan
I purchased 2 items that didnt fit the way I had hoped. They were purchased as 'non returnable'. I didn't hesitate on the purchase because I have shopped their catalog for decades and everything always fits great. I sent a request for a return on these two items expecting nothing back because they were non returnable items. Within 1/2 hour I received a response from customer service that they would gladly refund my purchase and immediately sent a return label. You don't see that kind of customer service much anymore...it was so very much appreciated!

t-shirts
Several of the shirts didn't look at all like the items that were ordered. They also stated that they were cotton. The label on the shirt said cotton, but didn't give a percentage. The feel of the fabric would indicate that there was less than 1% cotton. 2 of the shirts were fine and felt like cotton, all though they were slight see thru. Return is a joke. They do not provide return, you have pay to send it back to China. Even though ordering was easy, pricing was good, and even the customer service when we wanted to return items was fast responding; the fact that they don't provide postage for return is crazy. Overall I don't plan to order from them again.

Don't know much about this shop.Long back almost three to four years I had one or two products from Anti ageing for mom.After that I never back to this site.Even sometimes back I once again visited till then I had forgotten this name
This time I was looking for some skin treatment products.But there is nothing like under this column.Only editorials are available.
Finally before checking out I just bought one supplement of Pure skin clarifying supplement
for thirty days.In declaration they did not write anything either will cure ,just supplements ,not treatment.This is not good ,you should assure at some point.

clean boss spray
I DONT LIKE THE SCENT. I WANT TO RETURN
I would like to return the two mask I purchased. I Purchased the s/m we have small faces and the straps do not fit over our ears.
I do love Clean Boss because I can clean my entire Bathroom with this product just as it says on the bottle: Mirror, toilet, sink, and floor. It does not cause stickiness on the floor. The fragrance is not perfect, but it is clean smelling enough. The convenience is awesome...just get a roll or paper towels and One bottle of Clean Boss and you can clean you entire bathroom. We also, wipe our kitchen table with Clean Boss after groceries are set on it and before and after dinner.
The smell is like bug spray and did not clean

I truly (like most) do not like the odor. But once I got used to it it is ok. I found cleaning with it superior.
I saw the advertisement on TV and it was very impressive so I decided to give it a try,. I ordered it today and looking forward to using it to see if it really works. I hope I will not be disappointed.

Wedges orthopedic sandals
The company sent me the wrong size. Since they didn't fit, I will not comment on the quality. The company didn't want me to return them or exchange them, first offered me $6 refund. When I refused this, they continued to offer me more refunds until they gave me half back. They would not give me an address to return them to, saying if I want a full refund, the shoes would have to be returned to China but since this is too costly & takes too long, I should keep them and give them to someone as a gift. They were always responsive to my emails, but failed to stand behind the quarantee as stated on their website.
My experience with the company as been the same as MR in the previous comments. How can they possibly still be in business. The shoes did not fit and certainly were no orthopedic. I too said I would return them but they indicated I would need to send them to China so it would be very expensive and then not very reliable. Yes, we write everyday and the offers continue to vary but nothing close to what I spent. I would NEVER buy from them again. The advertisement said it was a money back transaction. NOT SO!

Selective items,Most of them are classics Todays life is not paying that much attention to gems,mostly jewellery of golds diamonds covering big market of world .
I also have good collections and started adding pearls and gems .KJ store is really a nice place for such items.Newly added from KJ is good bracelet 4 row cultura pearl .This is a different type of bracelet in big size .Second one was Gold and pearl flower neckless .Both purchase is just great . Cost of these items are not so expensive
As they are professional people ,no issue in delivery.

Four masks in two separate orders.
I ordered two masks from Vida in April, along with masks from another company on the same day. It did take a few weeks to receive them, but I didn't think this was unreasonable considering the state of the world. I received orders from both companies on the same day, so I don't think the problem was particular to Vida.
When I received the masks, I liked them so much, I ordered two more. They came a bit faster. I really like the material used to make the straps-- very comfortable on the ears. It's also really great to be able to adjust the straps for the best fit. I really like the colors, too.
In between my two orders, I received an email from Vida stating that the shipping from my first order would be refunded due to the delay. As I said, the shipping delay didn't bother me, so I was pleasantly surprised by this.
Overall, I am very happy with my masks and will undoubtedly order from Vida again.I like the mask. Would like to see patterns and more colors, Something prettier. Thanks

Obnoxiously long wait time. If you cant handle the orders--stop taking them. Looking for a refund, will never purchase again.
I gave up on this company after I waited more than 2 months for my order. Even after I asked for a refund, it took another month for anyone to respond. These guys are nice, but they don’t know how to run a business.
Just got my soaps 3 months later after persistently calling them asking where my order was. Otherwise I would still be waiting....

Face Masks
Just freaking awful in every possible way. Low-life soulless scammers. Promised next day shipping. All I got was a USPS tracking number that, one month later, does not indicate that any package was ever received by USPS.
I ordered from these bozos because I trusted Techbargains.com, but apparently their QC isn't great any more.
Amazing that these clowns can continue to us Paypal to perpetrate their scams.
I mean, seriously, have you ever seen a company that NEVER received more than 1 star, in any category, in any review?Update: I received my masks one day before the Paypal deadline for the seller to respond. I guess it was cheaper for them to send me the masks rather than have to refund my money.
If you have to do business with these guys, and short of having a gun to your head I can't imaghine a scenario where you would, pay with Paypal and file a dispute with Paypal as soon as they fail to ship in the promised time frame.Lucky you! Somehow he provided a bogus tracking info on my order so PayPal won’t refund! Double scam!

50 disposable face masks
Exactly the same experience as everyone else. The seller had the gall to respond to the dispute I filed with PayPal with a USPS tracking number claiming that the package was delivered on 3/24, which as we all know is not true. How can they get this tracking set up if nothing was sent? Mind you the tracking only says it was delivered to New York, NY and the zip code. Doesn’t have my full address or name on it, so the seller could have sent an empty envelope to an address in the same zip code as mine!!! Truly despicable! Has anyone here heard from PayPal? In my case they have all the info from both the seller and myself and will be reaching a decision by May 13th. However, it seems to me that since they have received complaints about supergooddeals from other people on here, they ought to be aware of the scam and refund our money. I would love to hear about your experience with PayPal. Thank you!

Same experience. After disputing with Paul pal and PayPal decides in their favor, I suddenly have a tracking number saying it was delivered April 27. No tracking information has been available from the seller all this time. Says it was put in my mailbox. It definitely was not. Finally found a phone number and called and got some guy who was angry and suspect and could not provide info because I have opened a case with PayPal. PayPal believes him so far but I will not stop until I get something. It is the principle more than the money!!!
