Ordered several items one month ago. Still haven't received any of the items. Don't know where they are. If I don't get the package within a few days, I'll have to contact them for a refund. Will NOT use this company again ?

Wrong size dress
I ordered a dress that they ship in the wrong size. What I didn‘t knew is that I had to pay for return myself and they don‘t pay it back unless the package arrived. When I received the dress I thought the quality would be good since it‘s expensive and they marketed their items to be good quality items. Turns out it‘s 100% made of polyester which makes it feel and look cheap. Quite disappointed and don’t understand the hype.

Update: They don‘t refund the full shipping price. I‘ve paid over 42€ shipping from Germany to China by myself. I‘ve never met a company where I have to pay for the return eventhough it wasn‘t even my fault that they sent it in the wrong size. Never again.

Fake Clothes that do not match thE photos of what you are actually ordering. This is FRAUD. THIS SHOULD BE ILLIEGAL! SOMEONE HAS TO THEM FROM THIS giANNT riPPOFF!
This company is a joke.
This company is a joke! Prices are right, quality is cheap and flimsy and their return policy is the real joke here. They state you can return, but when it comes down to it, you can only email them, then you get the same response no matter what. “ items have to be returned at your own very expensive price to China. Then they stated that the item can’t be returned but out of the goodness of their hears, they will give you 15% on your credit card and you keep the item that is too small or too large. Don’t be fooled by their beautiful advert where the items look so pretty! What you see, is not what you get. Boy, they certainly know how to pull the wool over our eyes. I have been unable to get onto the website for weeks. I can’t login or monitor the phone I intended b/c i cannot access the website. I am unable to get contact info b/c google directs you only to their website which I can’t open on any device I own. Mac, iOS, or android. Error messages keep coming up that a secure connection cannot be established and even when i say proceed anyway, it wont go to the page. I am ready to call the better business bureau if they dont respond to me and either correct the issue or refund my money. I should not have to pay for a service I cannot use. Very unhappy.
