Damaged suitcase
I had a really bad customer service experience. My suitcase arrived damaged, so I contacted customer service through email to get it sorted out. They responded at first and said I could return the suitcase for a refund, but I still haven't gotten the prepaid label to send it back. I've tried reaching out multiple times with no luck, and I'm feeling so frustrated and unhappy with how they're handling things.
