Silk bedding and accessories
I just have to say, I am absolutely obsessed with the silk bedding and accessories I got. The quality is seriously top-notch, and I haven't had any issues with my orders at all. I even gave some stuff to my friends and fam, and they were blown away by how amazing it all is. These silk pillowcases have seriously changed the game for my hair and skin, it's nuts. Right now, I've got a silk top sheet, which is totally luxurious, but I'm seriously thinking about getting a silk bottom sheet to complete the set. And don't even get me started on the silk filled blanket - it's like a dream, keeps me at the perfect temp all night long. Those hair ties and silk sleepers are super clutch, too, high key making my hair and sleep way better. Overall, I am beyond happy with my purchase and you can bet I'll be coming back for more.

Update software for multiple devices
I recently bought some software from this company that did a great job of finding and updating all the needed drivers on both of my laptops and my desktop computer. I had tried other update programs before, but they always missed some important updates. There was one Logitech camera update that didn't work after I installed it, but the software was able to go back to the original driver it had saved, and everything was fixed. I think the software was definitely worth buying.

Non-disclosure of extra bank charges
I just bought a table from this company and was really upset to see an extra charge on my bank statement for a non-sterling transaction. They never mentioned this fee when I bought the table, so I felt like they were being sneaky and unfair. I tried reaching out to their customer service team by filling out their contact form, but they never got back to me. I was frustrated by their lack of response, so I reached out to them through Facebook messenger. Unfortunately, they just gave me the run-around and didn't resolve my issue.

I recently bought four duvet covers, all in queen size, and had a really great experience with this company.
