Recent transfer service experience
I had a really bad experience with a recent transfer service. The driver who was supposed to pick me up was unprofessional and couldn't communicate well. He seemed frustrated and had trouble finding where to go, so it took longer to get to my destination. I felt really nervous and uncomfortable during the ride. To make matters worse, I left a bag in the car by accident. I contacted the company right away, but they haven't been helpful in getting my bag back. It's been 5 days and I still don't have any updates, which is really frustrating and worrying me about my stuff.

Sale top order issue
I recently had a really frustrating experience with my online order from this store. Back in September, I bought a top that was on sale, but I ended up getting two of them delivered, and a whole week apart. This mix-up left me pretty confused. What's worse is that during the checkout process, they automatically charged one of my credit cards without even asking me, and it wasn't the card I wanted to use. Even though I didn't enter the security code, the order still went through, and that made me really worried about how secure their payment system is.
When I tried reaching out to customer service, I got nowhere fast. It took three whole weeks before I finally heard back from someone, and all they did was give me unhelpful info on how to return the extra top. But, since it was a final sale item, I couldn't actually return it. So, now I'm stuck with an extra top and out of some money, and feeling pretty unhappy with the whole experience. I've decided that I'm never going to shop at that store again, even though I was thinking about buying some full-priced items there in the future.Review about: Amstar DMC
Airport transfer service purchased
I took a transfer service from the hotel to the airport recently, and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. Even though I booked it in advance and was ready at the hotel on time, no one from the company showed up for the transfer. So me and my friends had to pay extra for a different ride to the airport, which was stressful and a huge hassle. And when we tried to get a refund from the company, they flat out refused to cover the extra costs we had to shell out. It's pretty clear to me that this company is shady and unprofessional, so I would advise anyone thinking of using their services to be careful.
