Dress
Terrible Customer Service. They do not answer emails or phone calls. I returned a dress because it was too large for me, and I orderer an exchange for a smaller size. This was on 13th JANUARY 2023. More than a month right now. And I paid 160€ for dress plus 30€ for delivery service. Almost 200€ and I have no answers,no dress and no money. Unbelievable... Such a shame...

Bit expensive
I bought this, not knowing anything about it. I have never bought a expensive shampoo and conditioner. This product makes my hair feel completely different in a better way. I’m a big fan!!!

They all fit superb, delivery time was 2 weeks what i knew, so it was delivered in time. I ordered for the second time and i will continue to order. Very happy about my products.

dual action polisher
TERRIBLE COMPANY _ DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Purchased a dual action polisher. Received a different brand than what they advertised. Contacted company - said something about it still being from the same manufacture just a different name. Refunded me $10. Used the polisher -- clear the speed controller was defective. Contacted them saying I wanted to return it. Said I needed to send them a video showing the defect which I did. They wrote back offering me a $50 refund. I said no I wanted to return it for a refund. Never received another response. Had to contact my credit card company - filed a dispute which they agreed with and cancelled the payment. Still haven't heard anything else from Costway. Still showing the wrong polisher on their website. Total rip off

I placed my order on 2/7/2020. I received part of my order was shipped on the 26th of Feb. I received one package on March 3rd. I wrote to complain about the quality and cancel the other items that were not shipped. They did take care of that and refunded me the money. It is now the 18th and one item that was also shipped on the 26th is not here. I told them to cancel it because the tracking information shows nothing in the system. They said to wait. I wanted to return the items and they gave me the option to take 15% refund and keep the clothes or 20% towards new clothes and that shipping back to China is not the best way to go. I've looked up what others have said to ship back and it seems to be "lost in shipment" so they get nothing back. I'm trying to see if my credit card company will back me up with this company. The clothes are terrible quality, fit is not as shown in the photo and you have to wait forever to get your clothes. There are much better places out there. Don't waste your time or money. I wish I had seen this before I ordered. I also paid for shipping insurance and they won't give me the money back for the belt that's lost.
Is terrible communication and quality very bad never more buy after 3 months I receive the jacket but nothing with the picture never more !
I too am a victim of Costway. I bought a gazebo manufactured by them on Walmart.com two years ago. I couldn't put it up because my deck wasn't stained. My husband and I just did it this year. So when he opened the package up to assemble it, it had a "lot" of missing parts. This wasn't a warranty issue yet that's what they claimed. They couldn't help me. The representative had the nerve to tell me to go buy the parts at the hardware store, smh. I have filed a grievance with the BBB.
