I was really interested in the different pieces they had, but I was a bit unsure at first because of the charity thing. But I took the plunge and bought something, and I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely recommend this company, the artwork I got brings me so much joy and people always love it when they see it in my home. They always ask where I got it. Contemporary rug purchase
I got a new rug from RugStudio not too long ago, and I'd say I'm pretty happy about it. It fits well in my living room and the quality is top-notch. Ordering it was a bit of a hassle, though. There were so many choices! The customer service was just okay - they answered my questions but didn't really point me in the right direction. At first, I thought it was a little expensive, but now that I have it, I think it was worth it. The delivery was right on time and the rug was in great shape when it got here.

I bought the internet security software from this company and it was a huge letdown. The whole buying process was a pain, super confusing and not easy to figure out. The customer service was not very helpful and didn't really seem to care about my issues. The price was way too high for what I got, which was not much. Also, the delivery took way longer than they said it would, which just made everything worse. I felt really frustrated and wish I hadn't bought from them.

Peacoat purchase
I just bought this peacoat from this one place and I was really looking forward to getting it. But then, after wearing it just a few times, the lining tore. I was pretty annoyed about it and reached out to customer service, but didn't hear back at first. Eventually, they got back to me and said sorry for the delay because someone on their team was out. They asked for pictures of the damage and sent me a new coat right away without giving me any trouble. I was happy with how quickly they handled everything and they even let me donate the old coat to charity. Overall, I was really impressed with their customer service and will definitely think about buying from them again.
