New Mac purchase and old MBP trade-in
I recently got a new Mac, so I had to get rid of my old MacBook Pro. I found this company called MacBack that offered me more money than the Apple Store would for my damaged laptop. They were upfront about the price difference and even assigned me a personal rep to guide me. I got my cash without any issues and quickly too. I would definitely suggest giving them a shot!

Software experience
I had a problem with a shortcut in the software I bought not working like it should. At first, I gave it a two-star rating because of the annoyance. But then, the company totally surprised me by quickly fixing the issue after I told them about it. It's not every day you see a company own up to a mistake and actually take action to make things right. I gotta give them credit for putting their customers first. Major props to them.

Christmas gift order
I ordered a Christmas gift for my son, but it hasn't shown up yet. I've emailed customer service twice, but haven't heard back about where my order is. Not getting any updates is making my son and me pretty bummed out and annoyed.
