Personalized children's book
I just bought a personalized children's book for my grandson's first birthday, and let me tell you, I was so happy with how it turned out! The quality of the book was top-notch, the illustrations were gorgeous, and the story was just lovely. I can totally see this book becoming a special keepsake for years to come. After this great experience, I'll definitely be coming back to buy more books in the future.

Gift for sister-in-law
I ordered a gift from the online store just in time for my sister-in-law's visit from abroad. But man, I ran into so many problems with the website. The address kept changing on its own with autofill, and it even left out the house name which caused the gift to not get delivered. DHL said they would call to find our house, but they never did. Then I had issues logging into my account because my password wasn't working right, and the 'forgot your password' option was useless. So now I'm out $80 and had to get another gift for my sister-in-law somewhere else. It's super frustrating and all I want now is my money back.

Treadmill purchase, 12-week repair wait
My experience buying a treadmill from this company has been pretty terrible. After only two months, it broke down and I've been waiting for 12 weeks to get it fixed. The customer service has been basically non-existent, which has left me feeling really frustrated and let down. I was hoping for better from a company that's all about fitness and wellness.

Yucky chicken and mushroom meal
I went and got this chicken and mushroom dish from this spot and let me tell you, it was not good at all! The taste was just alright, but the chicken was all tough and unpleasant. I was really bummed because I had high hopes for it, but it was a huge letdown. I even got two other dishes to sample, but this one really turned me off from trying anything else.
