Online course tests
The online course tests from this company are a mess. They're hard to navigate and often have questions on stuff that wasn't even taught in the course. Plus, people online are complaining that the answers keep changing, even if you get them right. It feels like they're trying to make you fail on purpose so you have to pay to retake the test. Their customer service is pretty lousy too. They'll argue with you instead of fixing the problems. The live webinars are a letdown too. One instructor spent a long time talking about their personal injury, totally distracted. Even if there are deals on places like Groupon, you end up paying the same because you have to retake the tests so many times. Bottom line, I suggest looking somewhere else for online courses.

Brushless cordless drill driver set
Man, this company seriously needs to step up their game with customer service. I bought a brushless cordless drill driver set and ran into some problems with it. When I contacted their customer service, they took forever to get back to me and didn't really know how to help. Dealing with them was super frustrating, and I ended up fixing the issue by myself. In the end, their subpar service really turned me off.
