I received a free bottle of Pro Digest and some free Advanced Daily Multivitamin Soft Chews. My dog's scratching and biting stopped after trying the Pro Digest. The order got a little mixed up, but I was able to get it all sorted out with a quick phone call.

Bought perfume
I used to really enjoy shopping at this store, but man, the prices for perfume have just gone through the roof! I used to be able to score some great deals here, but now it feels like the prices have skyrocketed! I'm not sure if I'll be back here again, which is a shame because this used to be my go-to spot for shopping.

Hairdryer purchase
I made a dumb mistake buying a hairdryer from this company. Turns out it only works in Europe, not the US where I live. I tried to send it back but they wouldn't give me a refund, and then they straight up rejected the package when I tried to return it by mail. Their lack of care and crappy service is not cool. I felt like I got ripped off and I'll never buy anything from them again.

Skechers GO Walk Flex Grand Entry
These shoes are terrible! I bought the Skechers GO Walk Flex Grand Entry and I've been kicking myself ever since. Wore them to work and ended up with extensor tendinitis in both feet from the unadjustable elastic fronts. So painful! Ended up having to cut the elastic just to get some relief. Really unhappy with this purchase.

Stainless steel cookware set with roasting pan
I just bought this stainless steel cookware set and it came with a roasting pan. But, when it arrived, the roasting pan was all rusty. I reached out to customer service and they said I'd get a refund if I sent it back. Well, I returned it but then never got the refund like they said. They kept making excuses, saying things like they missed the deadline or my email address wasn't secure. The customer service people were not only lying, but they were also rude and talked down to me, which made the whole thing just awful.

I ordered three dresses. I received two of the three.
The prices were great. I like the one dress very much. One was too small, but was nice. I gave it to my daughter. The third did not come. I tried email and no response. I tried phone call and was on hold for over an hour. I never did get a person. I sent a review on their sight and they said my dress was sent to Clinton, N.J. I sent another review in hopes of finding an answer to why my dress was sent to N. J. instead of Washington state where I live. I will not order from them again.
This company is no-good do not buy from them ihave try to call them they do not answer i need a return label I was on the phone over and hour.
