Their prices are better than most...
I used their live chat when I had a question and the staff is knowledgeable and available...a real person and not a bot! Their help is professional and not awkward (considering the question and subject matter!)
My items arrived quickly, but I had a question about how to charge one of them...I started a ticket since it was late, and had an email response the following morning.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHAM COMPANY. Read the reviews. Listen to those who have gone before you. Takes weeks to get your items, the quality of the material is cheap, sizing is way off, my shorts were literally NOT FINISHED. They were missing the bottom seam entirely. To return them you have to ship them to Hong Kong on your own dime and IF they refund you at all it will be less than half. This is not a clothing company, it is a scam.
Service is non-existent. Have tried multiple times to track my order and to ask customer service for help. The track order doesn't work at all, and customer service rejects my complaint every time saying the verification code is wrong, even though it has been wrong every time!! They do not help at all!!!
Was going to place an order until I read the reviews. Thank you to everyone who placed a negative review. It makes other people wiser.

I was about to place my order and thought I would search for a coupon code, only to come across these reviews. I had intended to buy a few shirts in the hopes of returning those that did not fit. After reading these reviews, sounds like that was never going to happen. Thank you for your reviews and saving me money, time and energy! Phew!
