    Real estate investment platform

    My experience with the real estate investment platform has been pretty good overall, but there are a couple areas that could use some fixing. The first thing that would be helpful is if they added an option to keep money in a pre-paid account so that deals could get funded faster. Also, I think it would be better if they didn't let you click on "INVEST NOW" until after the presenters finish their presentation, that way we could make smarter decisions. It would also be nice if all the standard paperwork could be filled out when you list without slowing down the funding process. Lastly, they should stop asking for documents that they already have, like company formation details.

    Wig purchase experience

    I just wanted to say how happy I am with the wig I bought from you guys. Every step of the way, from ordering to receiving it, the communication and customer service were top-notch. I went for the express shipping option, and even though my wig was custom-made, I got a refund on the shipping which was nice. Your team really kept me in the loop and made me feel like a valued customer. And when the wig finally arrived, I was blown away by how great it looked. It was even better than I expected!     Rings and bracelet

    Last November, I ordered 2 rings on size 5, then turned out the size is 4.5. I sent back the rings. After their investigation, they issued me a store credit.
    This March, I used this credit to purchase a bracelet. The clasp broken within a month. I sent back the broken bracelet and got a replacement in April.
    Three days ago, I noticed that the bracelet was no longer on my wrist. I believe that the bracelet broke due to the thin golden chain and fragile clasp which happened less than one month right after the original purchase (March 29).
    The bracelet cost around $600 and is less than 5 months old.
    I contacted the service team, and they gave me a ridiculous list of possible reasons for my bracelet being lost. They also offered me a $30 courtesy discount on a new purchase, but I'm not sure I want to buy another product from this company after this experience. Has anyone else had this issue?
    I am requesting a refund or replacement bracelet.
