Real estate investment platform
My experience with the real estate investment platform has been pretty good overall, but there are a couple areas that could use some fixing. The first thing that would be helpful is if they added an option to keep money in a pre-paid account so that deals could get funded faster. Also, I think it would be better if they didn't let you click on "INVEST NOW" until after the presenters finish their presentation, that way we could make smarter decisions. It would also be nice if all the standard paperwork could be filled out when you list without slowing down the funding process. Lastly, they should stop asking for documents that they already have, like company formation details.

The website was pretty average, nothing really special about it. Ordering was easy, but nothing unique to make it stand out. The service was fine, didn't run into any big problems, but nothing to write home about either. The prices were fair for what I got, in line with what I expected. The delivery was quick and on time, no issues there either. The package arrived in good shape when it was supposed to.

The variety of golf products you can buy is really great. They have everything a golfer needs, from clothing to balls to tees and towels. I was especially impressed by their limited edition items, they really added something special to my game. Everything arrived quickly and was just what I ordered. I have no complaints about the quality of the products or the choices they offer.

I totally understand that delays can happen, but come on, how difficult is it to send out a box every month? Plenty of other companies manage to do it without a problem. Sure, the items are awesome, but is it really worth waiting weeks for them? Maybe if you're incredibly patient, but for the rest of us, it's a real struggle every time that tracking number stops moving. And let's not even get started on overseas shipping - it feels like they're sending it by carrier pigeon. Time to step it up, folks!

Wig purchase experience

I went for the express shipping option, and even though my wig was custom-made, I got a refund on the shipping which was nice. Rings and bracelet
Last November, I ordered 2 rings on size 5, then turned out the size is 4.5. I sent back the rings. After their investigation, they issued me a store credit.
This March, I used this credit to purchase a bracelet. The clasp broken within a month. I sent back the broken bracelet and got a replacement in April.
Three days ago, I noticed that the bracelet was no longer on my wrist. I believe that the bracelet broke due to the thin golden chain and fragile clasp which happened less than one month right after the original purchase (March 29).
The bracelet cost around $600 and is less than 5 months old.
I contacted the service team, and they gave me a ridiculous list of possible reasons for my bracelet being lost. They also offered me a $30 courtesy discount on a new purchase, but I'm not sure I want to buy another product from this company after this experience. Has anyone else had this issue?
I am requesting a refund or replacement bracelet.
