Ad misleading, but got metal bottle
The ad on Facebook was kinda misleading. I thought I was getting a free metal bottle with my order, but turns out it was only for new customers. I contacted them about it, and they explained the deal to me. Even though I was confused, they still sent me a bottle because my order was big. Their customer service was actually really good, super friendly.

Boxing gloves
I ordered those boxing gloves a while back and I'm still waiting for them to come in! I've been checking constantly but all it says is "pick up scheduled." I tried reaching out for more info, but they keep directing me to a confusing whatsapp AI. It's so annoying!

Paid for photos, never received them
I bought some vintage photos not too long ago, but they never actually showed up. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but they never got back to me and didn't seem interested in helping. It's really annoying to hand over your cash for something and then not get it. I feel like I got ripped off and it's a bummer that things went down like this. This whole ordeal has definitely been my most frustrating online shopping experience by far.

Fast and efficient customer service
I was really impressed with the customer service I got at this car rental company. I had a little issue with the car after only four days, but they fixed it super fast and even gave me a free upgrade. I was so happy with how they handled everything, it went above and beyond what I expected. I'm definitely going to stick with this company for all my rental car needs in the future.

Flight experience, damaged luggage
I had a really bad time with the customer service folks at this airline. My luggage got messed up on my last flight and even though I did everything I was supposed to - filling out a complaint and asking for my money back - they've been pretty useless. I filled out a form online, called a bunch of times, and was told I'd be getting a call about getting my refund, but I haven't heard a thing. It's super frustrating how they don't seem to care or take responsibility for fixing this.

AWS DevOps course
Oh my goodness, I just wrapped up this AWS DevOps course and let me tell you, it was awesome! The instructors were incredible and they explained everything in a way that was super easy to grasp. Plus, they tossed in real-life examples that really helped to drive the lessons home. And don't even get me started on the support team - they were lightning fast at addressing all my questions. All in all, I had an amazing time with this course!
