I shot them an email sharing my frustration and all they said was that the hat wasn't considered defective. They told me to send it back for someone to review it, and I might still have to pay for the return shipping if they didn't find any issues. I believe that as a customer, I should get a top-notch product when shelling out a certain amount of cash, and when problems arise, I should get good customer service in return.
