Swimsuit and beach cover up
I'm really disappointed with my experience with this online store. I ordered a swimsuit and beach cover up way back in July, and it's now September 30th and I still haven't gotten my order. When I check the tracking number, all I see is an update from August 2nd saying it's on the way, with no new updates since then. I've tried contacting customer service a few times, but they haven't been much help and I still don't know where my order is. I've pretty much given up on ever getting my stuff and consider it a lost cause. I won't be shopping here again, and I strongly recommend others to avoid this site too. Dealing with such unreliable service and slow delivery just isn't worth it.

I recently bought some office chairs from this place, and I have to say, they are incredibly comfortable! I really like how they fit in my office, and putting them together was a breeze. These chairs feel strong and durable, like they'll hold up well over time. I totally suggest them if you're in the market for new office chairs!

New bedding purchase
I just bought some new bedding from this place and let me tell you, it is top-tier stuff. The sheets and pillows are seriously awesome and have really stepped up my sleep game. However, I gotta say I'm not so thrilled with the rewards program. They hype it up, but they conveniently forget to mention that the rewards money you earn can't be used on orders with discounts. Nope, it's only good for full-price items. That little detail would have been nice to know upfront, now I'm feeling kind of meh about using it.

Two pairs of sandals purchased
I bought two pairs of sandals from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the quality. The sandals fit perfectly and are super comfortable. You can tell they put a lot of care into making them. I had a fantastic shopping experience and I would definitely suggest their products to others. I plan on coming back for more and will be telling all my friends about it.

Flags purchase for event
I bought some flags on May 11th, thinking I'd get them by May 25th for an event. But BannerBuzz's customer service was awful the whole time. Even though everything seemed on schedule for a May 21st delivery, they kept pushing my order back without telling me until the last minute. When I asked for a refund because of the delays, they said I couldn't cancel at that point. The lack of communication about the delays was super frustrating and unprofessional. I had to basically fight for my order and pay for faster shipping just to get it on May 28th, way after my event. The whole thing was a complete waste of time and money.

Hey, so I went ahead and bought two things at once, and let me tell you, the service was amazing. It's not easy to find a company that can handle two orders simultaneously without making mistakes. But these guys? They totally nailed it. They got back to me super quick, the staff was really helpful, and I ended up getting exactly what I was looking for. I'm definitely a satisfied customer over here.

Wine bottle scanning app
The wine bottle scanning app used to be amazing, but lately, it's been a hassle. The camera doesn't recognize the bottles accurately, so I have to keep snapping pics to get the info I need. It's a letdown to see this feature performing worse now when it used to be so efficient. But at least the reviews and pricing info on the app are still solid and useful.
