I placed my order in late January, at that time the website showed that all the medals I ordered were in stock. They took my money but didn't mail the medals until late May. All emails I sent about my order were unanswered. I just got an automated email response saying someone would contact me, no one ever did. This company should not take someone's money until they are ready to send out the order. They should not advertise that something is in stock if it is not. And they need to hire someone to respond to customers emails instead of leaving the customer frustrated.

One piece swim suit
I ordered a swimsuit during the first week of June and paid for expedited shipping. I was supposed to receive my package within 6 to 10 business days. It is already July 2nd and it's been about a month since I ordered it but I have not received it. I have emailed support twice already and both times they responded the same way giving me a tracking number and saying that I won't be able to track it for a few days still.
Same thing as everyone else. I ordered mine around June 15 and still nothing. Email response is the same as everyone else. Order has shipped and as soon as the items getS to America i will be able to to track packages. I fear I will be keeping everything and no returns will be possible.
I'm in the same situation, I ordered the last week of May and still nothing. My only way to communicate with the company is via email and they give me the same response that you get, a tracking number that has no info attached.. Will never order again.
